Pros: excellent beach view and condo amenities such as pools, on-site cafe, and security. Other positives included management communication and condo staff who were all very friendly. We also appreciated the number of beds with no bunk beds!Cons: the condo itself was not thoroughly cleaned before we checked in. Two beds had sand in them, one mattress felt like it was going to fall through at any moment, and there was visible mold/mildew in at least one bathroom. The entire condo itself also had areas of concern including a balcony support that wasn’t attached to the floor above, and the elevator sounded like it might stall at any moment. Several other guests on our floor had similar complaints with cleanliness and the condition of the elevator. We did contact the condo management who were very quick to respond. They offered to have our room cleaned and the balcony support fixed. That didn’t happen, however, which was disappointing.
