* The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Jan 2026). Balcony restoration is scheduled for Unit 1031 from 10/1 - 10/20. Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided.

Beautifully updated condo

The condo was soo nice! It looked very newly updated - we loved it! It was supplied pretty well, but we left salt, pepper, and coffee filters for future guests. We would definitely stay here again! I was worried about the elevators being slow due to other reviews for the Summit, but they were totally fine. No issues at all!
