Oceanview PCB Condo - Walk To The Beach - The Sea Shed

  • Nestled between a private lake and the Gulf of Mexico, this condo is a great place to be. It resides in the heart of Panama City Beach. The best shopping, entertainment, and dining are all around. Access to five swimming pools, two hot tubs, putting green, fitness room and ocean across the street. There is the Wharf Seafood Buffet, the Candy Maker ice cream/candy store, Salon, Juan Taco, Lu Lu's sports bar, and 810 Billiards & Bowlling.

    Parking on the 6th floor of the North Parking garage will make loading and unloading easy. There is no need to use the stairs or elevator. Covered parking garage for two vehicles.

    During spring break, we only accept guests 21+, with established VRBO profiles and positive reviews.

    ​The maximum capacity for this unit is 10 guests. THIS INCLUDES CHILDREN AND INFANTS UNDER 2 YEARS OLD.
    Per Panama City Beach fire codes. We cannot exceed 10 guests’ period.
