2 min ride to the beach on our 4 seater, street legal golf cart available at $50 per day to guests age 25+. Clean and freshly painted inside and out 1,112 square foot space with hi-speed WIFI, smart TVs in each room, a desk/vanity, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, washer / dryer, hair dryer, and iron / ironing board, BBQ pit with flat top grill, outdoor shower, and seating areas in front and back.

Located in Riviera Beach, quiet and family friendly in the west end of Panama City Beach. Short walk or quick golf cart ride (.4 miles) to the beautiful white sandy emerald coast beaches which are uncrowded, pristine and away from high rises. We are located right between public beach access #86 and a private beach access which has golf cart parking.

Just a few miles to Pier Park, Inlet Beach, Camp Helen State Park, multiple fishing piers, Frank Brown Park, St. Andrew's State Park, Shell Island, Shipwreck Island Waterpark and Rosemary Beach. Excellent local restaurants, several grocery stores and popular fare such as Thomas Donuts, Back Beach Barbecue, Hook’d and Amigos are all nearby.

Guests have 24 hour access with the keyless lock and personal door code. Easily park 3 large or 4 regular sized vehicles. The backyard is fenced and shaded with patio seating, barbecue pit and chiminea.

Maximum guest limit is 5 people. Any parties with more than 5 guests will be charged for the extra guests . $50 per person, per night.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time. The golf cart made going to the beach a breeze. We had everything we needed for preparing meals and enjoyed watching college football on the large TV. It was a great trip.

Great vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at the Salty Marlin! The home is clean, just as pictured and the location was great. The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Perfect beach getaway home

4 friends and I spent 5 nights at The Salty Marlin. Very lovely home, with a short walk to the beach and plenty sleeping options for everyone. Owners provided the beach essentials such as a cart for transporting coolers/chairs, also provided beach chairs and umbrella. Very easy communication with owners and gave us recommendations of their favorite things to do in PCB. Definitely would stay here again.

Family getaway

The pictures are spot on. The beach is at the end of the road so golf cart was great but if you prefer to walk it’s not bad. One thing we loved was you have water pressure and plenty of hot water. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within 5-10 minutes drive. Loved everything about this house. and it’s a quiet family neighborhood. The owners were so easy going and helpful. Can’t wait until we can come back.

Cute Beach House Away from Crowds

This was a quick weekend getaway for my husband and I, and this cute beach house was just right for us. We did not want to be down in the thick of things with noise and crowds so the location was perfect for us. Back Beach Road (PCB Parkway) was one block away and took us quickly to restaurants and shopping. We chose to use the beach access provided by the host at Shasta Road/US 98 and it was perfect....no crowds at all and just a short walk from the parking area to the beach. If you get a chance, visit the Sunnyside Grill just down US98 a little ways (less than 1/2 mile)....their breakfast is awesome! The house was very clean, true to pictures provided, and had great TV's for college football watching! The open concept design made getting something to drink from the fridge and snacks from the kitchen during the games quick and easy. The bed slept wonderful and everything was very convenient. The communication with the owners was awesome, too. We will definitely stay again when we get the opportunity to get back down that way!

Cute Beach House

Cute home with extras for your trip out onto the beach. Plenty of room for our moms and sons group with the fold out cots. Kitchen was well equipped. Communication with the owner was good.

Beautiful beach home close to beach

This beach home was updated and beautiful! Very close drive to beach or could walk (we had kids so easier for us to drive). Loved having a driveway with covering and enough parking space for multiple vehicles. Cute little backyard to drink coffee in morning or could sit on front porch. Had boogie boards, big comfy towels, chairs and a wagon available that we could use. 2 cots, pull out chair, and a couch that could be slept on in addition to beds with plenty of sheets/cover for all. Nice neighborhood and close to shops/restaurants/stores; but not right in the middle of them; we liked it wasn’t such a busy area. Jeff was a great and responsive host!
