Two families enjoyed the house—4 adults and 7 kiddos. The kids loved the proximity to the pool and we all enjoyed being so close to Peddlers Pavillion, Rosemary Beach, and the beach access across the street. The kitchen was well stocked with the exception of a can opener. Plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy dinner together. The grill out back was handy, had a bit of trouble lighting it but got it. The back patio was a nice space—though it would look much nicer if the weeds were taken care of. Common maintenance noise around the community was a little annoying in the early morning but we understand that's part of staying in an area where the houses are well maintained. The space in the house was nice for the two families to spread out, the community is awesome for bike riding, the tram is a great perk, and the property management company was very easy to work with and responsive. Even though we didn't need to call them for anything this week, they called and texted to just check in and make sure we had everything we needed.
