This gorgeous 3 BR/3 BA Gulf Front unit is located on the 9th floor of Tower II with amazing views of the Gulf's spectacular sunsets with private balcony. The unit comfortably sleeps 10 and has been updated and remodeled throughout. The well appointed kitchen offers custom kitchen cabinets, granite counter top and back splash, updated lighting and new washer and dryer. There is oversize tile through entry, kitchen, living room and baths. The Master Bedroom has a King bed and private access to remodeled bath with new cabinets, granite counter tops, and over sized walk-in shower. The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed and private access to a bath. The 3rd bedroom has two full beds and private bath. There are flat screen TV's in each room with free WiFi throughout. Edgewater Resort is Panama City Beach's premier resort. No other resort in Panama City Beach offers the full service amenities you will find here. The grounds at Edgewater are simply stunning, boasting 11 swimming pools, 6 reflecting ponds, and 4 whirlpools. The lush, tropical complex surrounds a massive Polynesian-style Lagoon Pool with beautiful waterfalls and islands within the pool itself. A smaller pool and hot tub are situated directly Below and in front of this unit when you are looking for more private time.

There are plenty of activities on the half mile of private white sand beach including jet ski, para-sail, banana boat, kayak, and chartered boats. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are available when you want to relax in the warm sun. Edgewater has its own 9 hole par 3 Golf Coarse with golf carts available (additional cost apply). 11 tennis courts (6 lighted), shuffleboard, Pickleball and basketball courts, convention center, gift shop, and fully equipped fitness facility. Enjoy live music, movies and activities by the pool during the summer. Fine dining is on site at Ocean's Bar and Grill, with Pizza available, Edgie's Corner Market, and an ice cream shop also available. All this with 24 hour security.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Great stay

We had a great stay in a spacious 3 bedroom beach themed and well stocked condo. Great view of the beach and gulf. Lots of amenities and close to the pier for fishing. The onsite restaurant was convenient after a day at the beach. We had everything we needed for a great stay.

Family Beach Vacation

Beautiful condo! Well supplied & very clean. The resort is very large & I was skeptical the pools & beach would be crowded but was pleasantly surprised it wasn’t an issue @ all. And I believe the Edgewater Resort has the quickest elevators in PCB! The owners were super easy to work with. I would recommend this condo to anyone!

Great condo for your family vacation! Fantastic views, near many great restaurants and activities, and the parking lot was easier than a parking garage. All the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and comfy family room furniture. Great week!

Panama City Beach Allen Family Vacation

Thank you so much for the time at your beautiful condo. It was a week of making memories before my daughter heads back to college and son gets back into junior year. Great resort with multiple pools and amenities. Restaurants galore surround this place with multiple being water front. Highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful, Comfortable and everything needed

Edgewater Resort is one of our favorite places we have stayed in PCB. This Property was perfect, it was a great size for our family 6 adults and 3 children under 8. The beds were so comfortable as was the couch in the living room. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook and nice appliances too. It was one of the cleanest places we have stayed as well as the furniture and decor. Mine and my Grandsons favorite place to sit was the chair in the Primary Bedroom looking safely out of the floor to ceiling windows. They also had sliding wood shades floor to ceiling to open and close to keep light in but private also. The owners were very helpful with questions we had and with check in. With 3 younger children and all the things to carry to the beach it was especially beneficial to have reserved chairs on the beach and were away from the more crowded side of the beach front for the other towers. This Condo would be perfect for Families and 3 sets of couples to share with each room having a private bath.

This was one of the best family vacations we have ever taken! The condo had one minor snafu which I was in constant contact with the owner about and he took care of it. The owners were so accommodating and answered all of my questions right away! We loved this place and cannot wait to book again next year!

Perfect high rise condo

Perfectly clean, extra towels, blankets, pillows, all the amenities, great sunsets views, fully stocked kitchen (aside from seasonings), hosts were always available by text if we needed anything. Great trip. Only downside is we came in late November and none of the pools were heated which was a bit of a bummer but we made do with hot tubs instead!
