Great Vacation

We loved the condo, looks just like the pictures. The location was great, we never drove more than 15 minutes for things to do, great restaurants close enough to walk to. The whole complex is a great set up, check in and parking was an ease. Definitely will return to the same condo for our next beach getaway.

Great condo!

The pictures are accurate, this condo is very clean and decorated beautifully. It was a plus having beach chairs and umbrella included in fee. We loved it and will come back. Restaurants were close and weather was great.

The unit matched the pictures. Everything was clean and present. The communication of all pertinent instructions was excellent. We had no issues during our stay and would rent again if we were ever in the area.

8th floor with wrap around balcony, corner unit. Great beach views. We took advantage of all site amenities, One set of beach chairs and umbrella included in rental! A couple minor repairs required and resolved same day.

Super clean, wonderful view, extremely comfortable, convenient to everything. I honestly thought about taking one of the rocker recliners home with me but decided that i shouldn't do that. Loved it...wish we could have stayed longer.

Lifetime Friends Reunion

The condo was extremely clean!We loved the location, the views & decor! We loved the balcony & comfy outdoor furniture!We loved the short walk to the beach!We loved the timely response's! We loved seeing a sea turtle! A few down falls… 1) We were disappointed that the beds in the two spare rooms were Full Size vs Queen Size, as advertised. 2) Blowdryer in master bathroom didn't work. 3) The beach chairs that are provided are too close to the neighboring chairs. You barely have room to walk between the chairs. Overall, a GREAT condo! We are definitely considering returning!

Beautiful condo with amazing views!!!!

This corner unit on the 8th floor is beautiful and we would definitely stay again. We are locals that live nearby and needed a condo on the beach for an event. Being familiar with the area we chose this building and this particular condo based on photos and description. It was just as advertised. Parking was super easy and having it located on same side of street under the building made it great. Elevators were fast as well. Also, was super easy to book and communicate with owners about any questions we had. Highly recommend this unit, you won’t be disappointed.

Paradise!

We absolutely loved this rental! The photographs are 100% accurate. Decent beds, spacious, well-equipped kitchen, working appliances - microwave, oven, stove, Keurig, coffee pot, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, fridge ice machine, and full sized washer and dryer. Smart TVs were in the living room and bedrooms. The views from the corner balcony are unbeatable. There are 4 elevators that have quick turnarounds. Our rating on the cleanliness was a 3/5 because the showers were not fully clean and the floors didn’t appear to be mopped. We would stay here again! We have vacationed in PCB many times and have stayed in 5+ rentals, and this one is my favorite.

Nice stay

Unit is just as pictured. Located in a corner condo that has a great wrap around balcony with comfortable chairs to sit and take in the ocean. The kitchen is nicely stocked with quality dishes and silverware. The linens were clean. Plenty of towels and washcloths but with a washer and dryer you can wash if needed. Ceiling fans and good sized closets and chest of drawers in all 3 rooms. Comfortable beds with plenty of pillows and extra comforters. 2 nice sized pools to utilize and very easy access to the beach. 2 chairs and umbrella available for use on the beach. Only complaint, very superficial, is the elevator is very slow. Located within a few minutes of great restaurants and shops. One piece of additional info, the street is very chaotic between noon and 8 on most days.
