Enjoy spectacular views from almost ever room of this eighth-floor condo at beautiful Seychelles. Brimming with colorful accents, furnishings, and artistic touches, this upgraded vacation rental offers a little something for everyone. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to prepare full-course dinners. Enjoy meals together at the dining table or chill out in the comfortable and very inviting living area. Just outside, the furnished, wraparound balcony is the highlight of this home with beach and city views from all sides. you will also enjoy access to on-site amenities including shared pools, indoor hot tubs, and a fitness center.

This condo, located on the beautiful Emerald Coast, is just steps from the surf and sand. Cruise along Thomas Drive to discover a number of popular restaurants and local shops. Book a trip over to Shell Island through one of several local marinas where you can also arrange tours to swim with the dolphins. The most visited state park in the state, St. Andrews State Park, is less than a mile away offering outdoor activities in a natural setting. You'll also find a number of family friendly attractions like Shipwreck Island Waterpark as well as all the shopping, dining, and entertainment options at Pier Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place with beautiful views!

We enjoyed staying here. The wrap around patio was great, the patio chairs were comfortable, enjoyed every morning and evening out there. The place was nice and had all we needed to enjoy the week. I would stay here again.

The location is great and there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance or a very short drive. The beach is also very nice and not too crowded. Although this unit is very basic, the 8th floor provides a great view, and the building is well maintained.

The view was amazing! You had a city view from the 2nd bedroom balcony and an ocean view from the master and living room. You also had a nice view from the kitchen and dining area. Room was spacious and very large master bathroom.

Very roomy, unsafe and no blankets.

Very roomy, great view of the beach, needs blankets and comforters for the beds only has sheet and thin scratchy blanket (1), no dead bolt or safety latch on door, so can be very easily opened by children ( not safe)

Total let down

I’ve stayed at Seychelles in different properties since 2008, and this is the first time I’ve been let down. Upon arrival the master shower was dirty, so I went and bought cleaning supplies & gloves to remove long hair from the walls of the shower and pubic hair from the floor. The televisions didn’t work and we missed going out to the beach on our first full day on vacation waiting for someone to fix the TVs. I called around 9:30 AM and they didn’t show up until after 5:00 PM. After waiting that long, only one television worked bc that’s the only one with a cable box. That tv only worked for about 12 hours and never worked again saying there was a weak signal on the cable box. I wasn’t going to waste another day on the beach waiting on someone to fix the problem. I ended up paying for late checkout so we could make up for lost time on the beach from our second day there. Very disappointed in the customer service this time around. 🙁

Our stay at Seychelles

The room is beautiful with breath taking views. A few things that would make the stay better. The master bedroom fitted sheet is too small, so you wake up fighting to keep it barely pulled over the edges. Better, soft pillows would make a huge difference. The bunk room mattresses are really bad. We have adult kids and they chose an air mattress because the beds sleep so bad. So if you would invest in better mattresses, it would make a huge difference. In the queen room, black out curtains are really needed for a good nights rest. All in all, great room, just invest some in the sleet quality. Please let us know if these changes are made. We will base our decision on staying in this room again from your feedback. Thank you so much!!!♥️

Ocean front and shoreline view!

Ocean front and shoreline views make this condo enjoyable inside and out! Lots of windows. Everything you will need to have a great vacation. With Schooner next door we never cooked 😁. Beds and sheets are a little worn BUT still a great unit.
