Only a 5 min drive from 30A this family friendly condo is equipped with a King bed, a queen sofa bed in the living room, a full kitchen with fridge/freezer, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, & coffee pot. We also have a high chair & pack n play upon request for no extra charge! Balcony overlooking Carillon Lake. A short walk to the beach, or to Carillon Market Street-located there is a coffee shop, salon/spa. general store, shopping, quaint eateries & more! Paddle boarding & bike rental also available in the village.

Excellent communication w/host and room was just as expected. Great view, family friendly, w/large pool kids loved. Arrived and room had some stocked toiletries, sunscreen etc. we forgot along w/some snacks, water and beverages to get the week started before running out to get groceries for the week.
