Summit 7th Floor! This Unit is One of the Nicest. Summer is Sat to Sat only

  • This condo has been completely renovated! Hardwood floors throughout the main areas, tile in the kitchen and bathroom, and premium vinyl flooring in the bedroom. It also has wireless internet inside the condo so you can stay in touch while on vacation. Under the counter washer and dryer. Relax pool side at the Tiki Bar or parasail or jet ski. Absolutely beautiful property, the pictures really do not do it enough justice! This unit is located near the elevator, is located right above the pool and offers a beautiful views of the coastline and unbelievable sunsets. You've got to see this one! The owners lives locally and take pride in maintaining their unit in pristine condition.

    The Summit! What can I say? It has a history all of its own.

    This condo has been updated and everything has been hand-picked by the owner. There is 1 bedroom with a King size bed and a set of bunk beds in the hall. There is also a fold-out queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen has everything you need! There is even a brand new washer and dryer!

    Anybody for a swim? There are 2 Olympic sized pools for the Big Kids, and a kiddie pool for the little ones. There is also a poolside tiki bar and a snack bar with absolutely fabulous food.
    From this 7th floor unit, you will love the view of the beautiful, white powder beaches from the Private Balcony and if you happen to be with that someone special,we've ordered a gorgeous sunset just for two. So come, join us for a great time...You'll be glad you did. See You Soon!! SATURDAY TO SATURDAY only May through September.

    MASTER BEDROOM: Has a King bed with access to a full bathroom.

    ADDITIONAL SLEEPING: 2 Built-in Bunks located in the hall area.

    NOTE: The Summit registration fee for parking (1 pass per registration) and property armbands (up to 5 guests) is $27 and paid to the Summit in the lobby upon arrival.
