Located right off The Strip of Panama City Beaches most bustling part of town. We've partnered with the infamous Sharky's Beachfront Restaurant to provide our guests with Sharky's Fast Pass to skip the wait line and Kids Eat Free coupon. This Florida home has all the original charm and more. Terrazzo floors throughout add originality as the locally made art adorns the walls throughout. Summer Haven is steps from the beach and all of Panama City Beaches attractions. This unit is part of a triplex and is the largest of the three. It is equipped with a fully fenced, private, shady backyard including an outdoor grill for cookouts, cornhole and beach chairs. With so much to offer we hope you'll feel right at home on your vacation!

Summer Haven

We enjoyed the coziness and the decor of this home. Walking distance to the beach and a restaurants. I was surprised not to have coupons for Sharkys ans indicated in the property description Overall. Great place to visit.

Cute little cottage with Great location

Overall we had a great stay. Perfect location that was walkable to Pier Park and other places. Perfect for dogs, FENCED BACKYARD!!! Place is a little outdated (only a portion of it) but they make up for it with the cute decor. Online listing doesn’t show it as a triplex- only a little noise from our neighbors, but not bad. And no dishwasher, which normally isn’t a huge deal but the pots/pans and other kitchen utensils are in rough shape, which made it hard to clean them. I’d stay again though!

Family Vacation

The place was great and accommodating to a large family. The location was great. We ate at Sharky’s, they would not honor the kids eat free because there was not a coupon/pass left in the room for us, but they did allow us to eat without a wait because I showed them the email, still a bit frustrating. The cleanliness of the place could use some improvement, the floors had clearly not been mopped, as the children’s feet were dirty after walking around, so we tried to mop. Overall, not too bad.

Excellent location, property is as listed, excellent communication with the owner/property mngt

Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. 5 mins to public beach access. Convenience stores and restaurants and activities within walking distance. Kids eat free was honored at sharkys with no coupons or vouchers. Pet friendly and completely enclosed back yard. The property is older but was clean and comfortably just what we needed for a quick birthday weekend celebration with a bunch of kids.

The location is perfect, it’s right across from the beach and close to stores and restaurants all within walking distance which is great because the traffic is heavy. The house itself is very outdated and it was dirty. Stuff split on the walls and it smelt like stale beer.
