This exquisite unit sleeps 8 in beds and 2 more on sofa bed for a total of 10 people. Two king master suites (one is a private lock-out suite) w/gulf view balconies, and a guest bedroom with two sets of bunk beds also with its own private balcony. The main king master bedroom boast a spacious bathroom with a large separate shower and garden tub.

This condo was beautiful! Furnishings were nice, kitchen well equipped-even had a crock pot! The view was amazing. Communication with owner was excellent. He answered any of our questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again if/when in the area!

Fabulous Family Fun

Beautiful views & fun water activities. We enjoyed how well stocked the kitchen was. We also all slept well in the cozy beds. And even though there were 9 of us, we had plenty of space. We very much appreciated how responsive James was during our stay. It’s such a wonderful space to connect with our family!! We would definitely come back and stay and we would also recommend to friends and family. We just had the best time.

The resort was nice! The room was clean and the owner was great with communicating any questions I had. Was sad the coffee and donut shop was under construction but we really enjoyed our stay.

Best stocked condo

This was our third trip to PCB, second stay at Splash Resort and by far this is the nicest condo we have stayed in. Furnishings are great and kitchen is immaculately stocked, just like home!! Great view and the mother in law suite is a nice bonus. Communication with the host was 100%. Can’t wait to book again!

The furniture was nice, kitchen very well stocked. Unit needed a better cleaning, floors didn't appear to be mopped & bathtub was dirty. Beds were very comfortable & everyone had a great time at the pool. Beautiful view from the balcony.

Spacious condo for our group of 9

The 2 bedroom condo with the additional suite was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 4 children. This is my family’s third time staying at Splash so we were thrilled this condo was located on the fourth floor so we we could take the stairs whenever the elevators were backed up. This condo is located on the end of the building so you are able to have a great view of the ocean from the balcony and large window in the living/dining area. James was quick to answer any questions I had and was very friendly. I would stay at this condo again and recommend it for anyone looking for great ocean views, space, and proximity from the lobby should you wish to take the stairs and not wait on the elevator.

My Family has stayed at splash every year for the last 3 years and I have to say this condo was by far the best one yet! Each bedroom having their own balcony with a perfect view made it amazing! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay. 10/10 would recommend and we are looking forward to booking this condo again next fall!

We enjoyed our week at the condo and the beach! We were very impressed that every bedroom had its own balcony with gulf front ocean views. Beds were comfy. The mother in law suite was a bonus, private, roomy and a great balcony also. Plenty of space for our group of 7. John was quick to respond to any questions. We contacted him about a missing blender and within a couple of hours a new one was delivered. Would love to stay again!

Rooms were great beaitiful view. Mother in law suite did have what looked to be a pee stain on mattress and mattress cover but the sheets and bedding was clean. Elevator is a long wait. We waited 20 mins and then anothe 10 mins on elevator.

Unit was great! Resort could use some maintenance and upgrades. Elevator didn’t always operate, there isn’t a ramp for wagons to get to beach (stairs only), beach chairs were put away at 3 and could use a cleaning and fresh paint!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. At this resort. There was a slight movement mistake made but Mr. Mann the owner took care of it asap. I will definitely be coming back and staying in Mr. Mann’s condo again.
