Panama City beach beauty

Definitely one of the most beautiful condos we’ve stayed at and the view of the beautiful clear water beach off the balcony was breath taking. It was a perfect couples retreat that I even proposed to my girlfriend on the balcony with that amazing view. Definitely our new favorite place to go to and we will definitely be back.

The condo we had was very nice and clean the elevators were fast and easy the location was nice for him and I the only thing I miss about this condo was the Starbucks wasn’t downstairs otherwise it was very nice we will come back again

We love the privacy and view from this unit. Mornings and late evenings on the huge balcony and easy access to the beach for walks. The elevators have been upgraded so there was never much of a wait. We will definitely be back!

This one bedroom condo was perfect for me and my wife. It was just as advertised, comfortable, great views of the beach and gulf and close to some amazing restaurants . We had a perfect week of weather and the water was clear for 100 yards out! Would highly recommend Long Beach Resort and this condo as a great place to escape for a while.

100% Honest Review

For a family of 4 (two adults w/ boys ages 9 & 13) it’s perfect. We have absolutely zero complaints. Never a wait for the elevators. They are super fast. The pools are perfect. If you want quiet, the small pools are for you. The large pool fits us, music and more busy with DJ on weekends. The condo shower is big w/ two heads. Perfect for two. The whole place is perfect. Security is nice & never once chirped for drinks being to close or in pool. Location is perfect, beach chairs perfect. All of it perfect, including master bed. Boys didn’t complain one bit about the pull out. The pool bar has drinks, food, & ice cream.

July 14 - July 20. Bill the owner was very responsive and kind. My interaction with him was wonderful. He was very nice and the check in process easy. Only thing I would have preferred would have been not having to mail the pool wristbands back. He mailed the pool wristbands to us which was nice but he sent a preaddressed envelope to return them or youre charged a $10 fee per band. It costs me $5 to mail them back. A cost and trip to post office that seemed unnecessary. Not a deal breaker... but in the past, every condo we've stayed at, the bands were there when you arrived & you just left the bands in the condo when you left. So im not sure why mailing them to us or us mailing them back was necessary. Negatives - Upon arrival, the condo was dirty. I had to clean everything. Sticky counters, chips on top of fridge, spilled sticky soda on patio. Sand on the floor. Rugs were dirty. Sofa had stains on it. Towels and washcloths stained and really worn out. I washed everything, including rugs and bed sheets, re-made the bed and wiped everything down with Lysol cleaner I purchased at Walmart across the street. I swept the sandy floor and cleaned it. Put a folded sheet over the bottom seat of the sofa so we werent sitting on stains. Once I cleaned it up, it was fine and set for the week. I purchased hangers as there were none when we arrived and I left 12 for the next guest to use. Positives- The view is Beautiful! Large patio. Pool was fantastic and great location.
