    Welcome to your perfect 30A escape in the heart of Seacrest Beach — a spacious coastal retreat designed for relaxing beach days and unforgettable vacations. Nestled among swaying palms and just moments from the sugar-white sands of the Gulf, this beautifully appointed home offers the best of the Seacrest Beach lifestyle.



    Inside, you’ll find bright, airy interiors with warm hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, and an open-concept living space perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. Multiple outdoor living areas invite you to relax with morning coffee, sunset drinks, or evenings under the stars. The upper balcony even offers beautiful Gulf views and coastal breezes.



    Guests will love access to Seacrest Beach’s iconic 12,000 sq. ft. lagoon pool, along with deeded beach access and seasonal tram service. You’re also just a short walk or bike ride from Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, The Village of South Walton, and some of 30A’s best dining and shopping.



    The Neighborhood:

    Beach Access

    Seacrest Beach enjoys a deeded beach access at the entrance of the neighborhood, across Hwy 30-A, through the Sunset community. Seacrest residents and guests may walk through the pedestrian boardwalk, or ride the tram through the easement.



    Lagoon/Amphitheater

    Centered within the community is the Seacrest Lagoon. This 378,000-gallon pool is one of the largest private pools in the state of Florida, and is open year-round from 9am – 9:45pm for Seacrest residents and guests. At present, our amazing lagoon pool is heated only by the sun. The amphitheater is a grassy area where concerts, movies, and weddings are held. It is also great for a pick-up game of Bocce or Frisbee throwing.



    Getting Around:

    Tram Service

    From March through October, the Seacrest Tram service offers transportation to and from the designated tram stops in the neighborhood to the beach or the Lagoon. Simply walk out your front door go to the nearest tram stop and then call for pickup. The tram will arrive within fifteen minutes. The tram starts running every day at 9:00 AM and the last pickup from the beach is 5:30 PM seven days a week.

Best views in Seacrest, great beach house for large groups

We had a great stay at Lucky Ducky, which is perfectly located at the front of Seacrest within short walking distance of the beach and the huge Seacrest pool complex. The kids loved taking the Seacrest tram to the beach, and the house is extremely spacious and in great shape. 4 Large bedrooms, all with there own bathroom, and the kitchen and living/dining area on the first floor is really big and has high ceilings. Views from third floor deck are the best in Seacrest, and you get incredible sunsets every night. We definitely will be coming back!

The house is GREAT!!! Location is so central and easy to walk everywhere! I don't think we got in the car except to go grocery shopping! Walked to the beach - so simple, rented chairs and it was amazing! Walked to Alys and Rosemary! got bikes from Peddlers - it was so close. We did have 2 15 year old daughters with us and we let them ride bikes alone during the day but at night they had to stay with us. I would definitely stay here again - maybe just not during Atlanta spring break.... :) That was def an interesting experience but nothing to do with this home! The house was EXACTLY what we wanted and the rooftop porch was great too.

July 4th week - Lucky Ducky

Great week on 30A- it was just so hot! Positives- The house was perfect / excellent location! 3rd floor patio had nice partial view of ocean and was nice to enjoy our coffee in morning and cocktail at night! 2 minute walk to pool and very short walk to beach- tram stop right by the house but we didn’t even use it -Definitely rent bikes to explore nearby Alys and Rosemary beach areas! Rental company was great- check in for house was easy! We were able to go straight to house which was awesome- but then you have to pick up welcome Packet at the pool- no problem really with that other than a long line- and wearing wristbands to pool and beach didn’t bother us- The pool area is amazing! Although minor inconveniences due to HOA rules we understood staff was there and rules in place to keep area nice- I appreciated the adult swim bell - 10 minutes with no kids 10 or under in pool- but if you have little ones, that could be annoying but it’s only 10 minutes. Our only negative was community beach- it was very crowded (again it was holiday week so not sure if it’s always that crowded in summer or not) so we always had issues finding chairs at pool and the beach was so small- most of space was taken up by the rental chairs so space for everyone else with own chairs was madness!!!! Unfortunately with beach being a major draw For us- although everything else was great- we probably would not stay in this particular community again summer! I would Come back outside of summe

location is great house had lots of beach toys ,bikes ,etc walking distance to pool and beach however we found out on day two there is a tram that will take you close to beach we will be back next year if not sooner

Awesome find!

We love the Rosemary Beach area and Lucky Ducky turned out to be a great find. The location was perfect for easy walking to the beach, restaurants and shops. The 3rd floor balcony was perfect for watching the sunset each night. We are hoping to be able to return next year and stay again!

Great Times to be Had!

Overall, a great location. Near the beach and the pool - great area with plenty of great waling destinations. The house is very spacious, well furnished, with amazing gulf views. The 3rd floor balcony is awesome! Perfect for my family and our vacation. Will definitely be back!
