Tres Flamingos is a spacious & comfortable 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome in the gated community of Gulf Highlands Beach Resort in beautiful Panama City Beach. Our unit is short five minute walk to the beach with private access which includes a beachfront pool, showers, and restrooms. The beach house is now open with a restaurant and bar. Gulf Highlands has 11 pools, tennis courts, dedicated pickleball courts, playgrounds, a fitness center, shuffleboard, and an 18 hole mini golf course.

Our townhouse is stocked with quality linens and everything you need for a relaxing vacation. All you have to do is arrive and relax. Park your vehicles directly out the front door with our 2 assigned spaces. No elevators or parking garages to contend with. Enter and exit the community from entrances and exits that are not on Front Beach Road which means less traffic!

The living space is downstairs - complete with a living room, half bath, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and sun room. The sunroom has a full size daybed with a trundle for additional sleeping.

The upstairs contains 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and has access to the main bathroom. The second bedroom also features a king size bed and can access the main bathroom through the main hallway. The third bedroom is adjacent to the master bedroom. You must enter through the master. It has a queen size bed with it's own private bathroom.

This unit is approximately 100 steps from the playground, 50 steps from the cornhole boards, 1000 steps to pickleball and 500 from our 2 bedroom unit.

** All adult guests are required to show their rental agreement and Picture ID to enter the resort. Renters must be 21 years of age or older - NO EXCEPTIONS**

Wonderful Family Stay

We were in town for a wedding. We had lots of room for our group. The unit is clean, well-stocked, and Carissa is very responsive--although we didn't need her for anything of concern. We'd definitely stay again!

Great getaway

This condo was perfect, the owners were great and answered all questions and gave lots of information. The condo is within close walking distance to the beach and super close to a pool and the playground is right out the back door. The condo is stocked with everything you need to stay for the week.

I came here for my birthday trip with friends and it was so nice and more! We had all the room we needed and Carissa was very helpful the entire time! We had such a great vacation at Tres Flamingo’s this past week! It was just my husband and I and we enjoyed having the short walk to the Beach and the pool close to the house! The house is awesome and had everything we needed to be comfortable and to cook some yummy meals! When we were ready to go to the Beach, the Beach items that we needed were available in the deck box! Great stay!

My friends and I booked this place for our spring break, and it was an amazing place! It’s super close to the beach with just a short 5 minute walk. It’s in a convenient location with Walmart right down the road for groceries. It has all of the dishes and utensils needed for meals, and great gathering areas for everyone to hang out; Whether that’s in the house, the patio, or the many pools and tennis courts the neighborhood has to offer. The property manager was very quick to communicate and met all of our needs! I would definitely stay here again if I came back.

Great Place to stay

Wonderful place to stay and very reasonable. Condo has plenty of room and everything you can possibly need for your stay. Complex has enough activities that you don’t have to leave it. Short walk to beach and they even have beach wagon to help. Pull right up to your door so easy access. Centrally located to all restaurants. Carissa communicates better than any place we have ever stayed even sending list of great places to eat and things to do. We will definitely be back.

This was the first time renting a house and not being "ocean view". This house was perfect! There was 8 of us. Plenty of room. Everything you could possibly need for cooking to going to the beach was provided. The kids could go outside and play on the playground and tennis courts without a lot of supervision. We had so much fun at PCB. My 2 sister's and I stayed for 5 days at Tres Flamingos. It is such a nice place. So convenient to everything , beach, restaurants, bars, and also children friendly with so many pools, jungle gyms and nice patio to grill and hang out with family. We had stayed there about a year ago. It was nice then, but there has been so many upgrades since then. Also Carrisa (the owner) is so accommodating and helpful for whatever your needs are. She returns your texts right away. We hated leaving and cannot wait until next year.

Our stay at this property was everything we could have asked for. Everything you need is provided by the property owner. All you need to do is arrive. We had a family of 6…..2 adults (myself and my sister) with our 5 children (ages 16-24) there was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space and privacy. Board games provided great fun in the late hours. The pools, pickleball and tennis courts were in very close proximity. (Even cornhole) If I could have walked out the back door to the beach I probably would have never left. Lol! But the beach is a very short walk from the unit and easy to get to and enjoy with the wagon and beach accessories provided. I highly recommend this unit and will definitely be staying again in the future.

A must stay if you want to relax

From start to finish you can relax without any hassles while staying here. What makes that happen? Communication. From the time of booking until boost trip you will get regular emails with usable information not only about the condo but the surrounding area. The location is awesome, right by the pool, pickleball, and tennis courts. Less than a 5 minute walk to beach action and food. This would be great for families with kids due to the room count and configuration. When you spend more time doing the things you want to do, this rental is a great value and our group highly recommends it.

Great Place to Stay!

This was my 2nd visit to Tres Flamingos and was even better than I remembered! What a great condo and location to stay! Not a bad walk to the Beach at all but we rented a golf cart to use in Gulf Highlands just to play in! We had breakfast both days at the Beach House restaurant and lunch on Saturday! Was an awesome view of the beach at breakfast and breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend eating at the Beach House if you aren’t planning to cook! The condo was very comfortable, nice and clean! It has everything that you need and more! Carissa is always available for questions and even checked on us when I didn’t bug her! :) Pools, pickle ball courts, tennis courts and playground are very convenient to the house! Will definitely be staying again!

Bach Trip!

We had a blast at Tres Flamingos! It was a perfect place for a quick girls trip for my best friend’s bachelorette of 8 girls! It was a short walk to the beach with easy access, a very short walk to the pool, and a super cute patio. If you have a lot of stuff to take to the beach I would recommend a beach wagon! It a great place to relax and enjoy our time with minimum stress! Carissa is quick to answer and solve any problems (if any). We got there and had a minor hiccup with the refrigerator temp and they had a guy out there the same day to troubleshoot and fix it. Would highly recommend staying at Tres Flamingos condo and can’t wait to stay again soon!

Best Home Away from Home Stay

Our stay at Tres Flamingos was nothing short of exceptional. The newly added king bed was a great suprise - incredibly comfortable and luxurious, it ensured we had the best night's sleep possible. But the perks didn't stop there. The unit itself was equipped with top-notch amenities that made our stay truly unforgettable. From the high-speed Wi-Fi to the fully stocked kitchen and convenient in-unit washer and dryer, every detail was meticulously thought out to ensure our comfort and convenience. The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. We loved exploring the neighborhood and discovering resturants and shops just a short walk away. And let's not forget about the host - Carissa's warm hospitality and prompt communication made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Great Neighborhood!

We had a wonderful week at Tres Flamingos!Pros: Spacious condo, wonderful neighborhood amenities, location of condo to pools and courts, very well stocked kitchen, well stocked tote of beach supplies (the wagon is great!), comfy beds and comfy couch, a great extended patio space, quick and easy communication with Carissa. Cons: Condo was NOT the cleanest - hairballs in the corners of bathrooms, crumbs and wrappers in the dining room, a pair of socks left under the bed. It was surface level clean but could use a good deep cleaning.Other: PCB in general is loud (we forgot about this from when we were there three years ago). This is no fault of the owner/condo, but just a general FYI. Lots of sirens, lots of planes/choppers flying overhead, lots of teenagers in big trucks with loud exhaust and booming stereos. This was not just on Front St, but also in the neighborhood. We were woken up one night at 2am with loud vehicles and kids yelling outside our window. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and Tres Flamingos is GREAT with lots to offer. We've just realized that PCB probably isn't the place for us. We prefer a quieter, less busy vacation destination.

It was a fantastic location and had the best owner! We went to the beach every day. It was such a short walk. The pool on the Gulf was fun. The bar employees were very nice. Service was wonderful. The beach was pretty. We loved the townhouse! I have a family of four…me, my husband, my son and my daughter. My sister and 2 of our friends, who are also sisters joined us. Our friend’s one year old son had so much fun visiting the ocean for the first time. It was absolutely perfect for sleeping arrangements. We played tennis just steps from the back door many times. We sat on the patio while my kids played at the playground in the backyard. We walked to the surf shop. We spent time at a few pools in the complex. We had a few shopping sprees at Walmart. lol! It was a great time! We made many memories and would definitely stay again for our same group. Carissa was quick to respond with any questions we had and even checked in on us when we arrived to make sure everything was great for us. My family and I have been going to this area for over 20 years for spring break. I’m super impressed by the owner of this townhouse. Always available. Very kind! Thank you!
