Hello,

Thank you for considering South Haven on 30A. Nestled between Rosemary & Alys Beach. Both within walking distance of the condo. The condo offers a queen size bedroom with barn doors and 2 twin bunks.

We purchased this property in March 2022 and did an entire renovation which included adding a private bedroom!
We own & manager this property so you can expect our direct and prompt attention.
We want to make your stay your very best VaCay! 😊🏖

The unit is located in building G with the fountain out front. B383 is the unit number on the 3rd floor.
Elevators are on the back side of the building. Luggage carts are provided.
Parking provided in the lot next to the building and there are also a few spots along the poolside of the building.
Check in is 4pm
Check out 10am
Laundry is on the first floor tucked in the back corner near elevators. Machines take cards only $2/load.
We provide one laundry pod. Two pools and a hot tub are located next to the building. One is heated. One has a beach entry with water spouts for kids. There are restrooms in pool area. The grill are also located in pool area. Pool code will be provided at check in.
*bands are required while in the pool area.
Beach access is located at Seacrest Beach cottage entrance.
Tram is available at the stop adjacent to the pool. Rides run about every 15 minutes or you can call for pick up.

***Bands are required to utilize tram, pool and beach.

Seacrest is conveniently nestled between Rosemary and Alys beach. There is wonderful shopping and dining all around you. It is a short walk to both so your car is rarely needed in the direct area.
Rosemary Beach fitness center offers day passes, class packs, etc.

Bikes are available for rent through Peddlers 30A. They are located in a small hut in the semi circle or you can call to book before your stay.

About us:
We were married in Seaside in 2002 and have been vacationing on 30a since that point. Over the years we have stayed in multiple areas but about 9 years ago we found Seacrest and loved it. We’ve come with multiple families, immediate family and also as a couple. We have always had great rental experiences and want to provide that to our guests. We promise to make your stay at South Haven a comfortable and positive experience.

South Haven is just steps to the pools and tram stop which provides transportation to the beach. We are Right behind all the shops and eateries in the Seacrest semi. Full size fridge, 2 burner stove top, Microwave, counter top oven, dishwasher, coffee maker(k-cup). Laundry room located on 1st floor. Queen bed, bunks and queen air mattress.Rosemary Beach & AltaBeach, you are walkable to excellent shopping, dining and more.

We really enjoyed our stay—cute apartment, centrally located above the main area where all you have to do is walk downstairs to live music, shopping and dining. The unit is ideal for two people and was well stocked with dishes, and a deluxe coffee maker. The hosts were very responsive to any questions and communications.

Perfect location!

We stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and it was perfect! The location was amazing and so centralized to a lot of places. We were able to walk to most places or bike. The pool was very nice as well. The room was clean, cute and exactly as described. It was perfect for our weekend visit!

This is our second time staying at this property. The space was perfect for our family. Location is convenient to beach access and all the amazing restaurants in the area. Misty and Todd are the most gracious host and went above and beyond to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay.

Bday Fun

The property was very clean, very nice and located close to everything you’d need. The hosts were very responses and were accommodating to our request to check in early and check out late. My daughter had a lot of fun with her best friend, and was exactly what she needed to get away from the high school girl drama. Definitely looking to come back again!!

Great location

Nice property conveniently located to shops and places to eat. Pool area was great and right outside building. Nicely decorated . It was a bit stuffy in the room and uncomfortable for sleeping since the air temp stays at 72 and wall unit doesn't put out much air. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Stay at Southhaven

This property is beautiful and conveniently located in the heart of rosemary beach. There are tons of restaurant options and things to do within walking distance! The pool is right next to the condo, and there are 2 tram stops next to the building. The tram service was great, and we never waited longer than 5-10 minutes for a ride. The condo its self is as advertised, however the parking situation left something to be desired. It is a first come first serve basis - the day of arrival it took us some time to find a parking spot. I would suggest once you get there leave your car where it is - this parking lot fills up quick! Overall, a good stay.

We had a great time, lots to do and apartment was in a great location. It was such a cute place, very clean and the beds were comfortable. The property owner was quick to respond to any questions. Mother-Daughter trip

This was a fantastic property for our trip. The bike rentals were convenient, and the walk to the beach was short. I didn’t use the tram but I liked that it was an option. The pools were well-kept and calm, perfect for reading and relaxing. The property manager quickly responded to my questions, and the interior of the space is serene and fresh-looking!

Great 1 Bedroom for a small family

This property was perfect for myself, my wife, and our 2 year old. Having the separate room for us was great after we put our little man down for a nap or down for the night. The property owner was super responsive! Pointers: The elevator is on the backside of the building The building is lettered ‘G’ even though the room number is ‘B’. Great property!

Perfect for our family of 4

South Haven 30A was perfect for our family of 4. The condo is in an area with many restaurants and shops in walking distance. The beach is just a short walk away as well, but there are trolleys that run back and forth so you can take that instead of lugging stuff on foot. Something to be aware of: Seacrest beach does not allow tents or wagons, we did not know this until we got our welcome email the day before our arrival. You also have the option to rent chairs and umbrellas at Seacrest Beach. There is a small section of the beach where you can bring your own chairs and umbrellas.

Fantastic hosts, excellent communication and great location!

This condo was perfect for a weekend getaway! The location was walking distance to everything. The only issue we had (which had nothing to do with the condo or the hosts, as they were fantastic!) was the tram service. It was impossible to get a tram to the beach, so we ended up walking and then got turned away at the beach entry point due to our cooler having wheels on it, even though we had no issues bringing the day before. We were told the only way we could bring it into the beach was via the tram and that we couldn’t “walk in with it”, but then we couldn’t get a tram ride for nearly an hour. The beach rules were a bit frustrating but everything besides that was perfect and we will definitely be back! But this time will bring a cooler without wheels!
