The Shell Shack, Beautiful 2nd floor condo

Enjoy time on your private balcony relaxing and enjoying the view. Stroll mere steps across the amazing resort pool deck for direct access to the beach to enjoy playing in the sugar-white sand and clear Gulf waters. With this 2nd floor unit, you can avoid the busy elevators during the peak season!

Designated parking is available for ONE car. Additional vehicles must park off-site. Please reach out for a list of options that are within walking distance.
This summer there will be minor construction at Shores of Panama. This construction will not affect this unit or the balcony.

Self check-in makes getting your vacation started even easier. A few days prior to check-in, I'll send you check in instructions with a unique door code that is good for the duration of your stay.
Upon entering the condo, you are greeted with an amazing view of the resort and Gulf with gorgeous palm trees.
There’s a king size bed in the main bedroom equipped with a smart TV, small closet, luggage rack and armoire. The en-suite bathroom also has a tub for relaxing at the end of each day. Each bathroom has a hair dryer for your convenience.
Down the hall is a bunk room with two twin beds and the 2nd full bathroom.

In the living room, relax while watching the gorgeous view. A queen sleeper sofa and chairs set the scene for relaxation. After watching the sun set, settle in to watch a movie on the Smart TV.

During the peak season, a full bar and small concession stand with made-to-order seafood, burgers, and kid friendly food means you never have to leave! Order in necessities from the Walmart across the street and this will be the most relaxing vacation you’ve had!

If you want to prepare some meals yourself, the kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel stove/oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There’s also an array of helpful gadgets, to include an Instapot.

When it’s time to eat, gather at the kitchen bar or bistro table with seating for 6 total. There is a small dining table with 3 chairs as shown in the listing photos. There is also a small folding kids picnic table for their dinner or play time enjoyment.

I also left a pack n play for your convenience.

**You will be sent a guest rental agreement upon booking. Failure to sign agreement within 24 hours will result in cancellation of reservation.
*****There is a one time $85 resort fee paid upon arrival for a parking pass and guest wrist bands. This unit has ONE designed parking spot on the 3rd floor of the parking garage on the ramp to the 4th floor. The parking garage fit standard sized vehicles and larger trucks but it’s tight. Garage clearance height is 6’ 11”. For this reason we recommend you bring the smallest vehicle you can. If you drive an oversized truck, you can likely find larger parking spots on the 12th floor of the parking garage. If not, there are offsite parking options for a nominal fee at your own expense. This does not preclude paying the $85 resort fee. After booking, you’ll be sent my digital guidebook that will assist with additional parking options***
*****Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon May-October. We cannot guarantee good weather OR beach conditions during your stay. We do not offer refunds or concessions due to weather or beach conditions since we have no control over it. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance.*****
*** This is a family friendly resort that houses 700 condos in a high rise condominium building. I cannot control the noise you may experience from kids running/playing, nor people smoking on their own balcony. If this will bother you, I don’t recommend a high rise condo building for you. I have a cute beach cottage on the quiet west end of PCB. Reach out for details.
