Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Don’t stay with this company charge you for damage you didn’t do.

We stayed at this property, took photos of all of the rooms before we left in case they tried to say we damaged something then they released our deposit saying that everything was good to go, then turned around and charged our deposit a month later back saying they had damage inside the rental That we have photos showing it was not damaged that we will hold for arbitration reasons until they release our money back, this company is shady and I would not recommend staying with them with her lies. We gambled on this property with zero ratings from VRBO now I see why
