About this property

Rosemary Beach Estate | Private Pool, 6BR + Carriage House

  • Steps from the turquoise Gulf, Serenity Now Cottage is Rosemary Beach's most enchanting escape — a Mediterranean villa that wraps resort-scale luxury around a lush private courtyard. A heated pool glimmers just outside your French doors. A fully equipped carriage house offers a private retreat within a retreat. Breakfast from a Wolf gas range. Six cruiser bikes ready for morning rides. This isn't just a vacation rental — it's the one your family keeps coming back for.

    The Home

The great room sets the tone immediately: soaring white cypress ceilings, abundant natural light, French doors opening directly to the pool courtyard. The fully remodeled kitchen is a chef's dream — Wolf gas range with pot filler, Cambria Quartz countertops, double-stacked white cabinetry, and a center island with pop-up USB charging that seats four. The formal dining table seats eight more. Every meal here feels like an occasion.

    Sleeping for Everyone

    - Ground Floor: King suite with hall bathroom — ideal for guests who prefer easy access
    - Second Floor – Primary Suite: King bed, private deck access, two ensuite bathrooms (soaking tub + separate step-in shower)
    - Second Floor – Guest Suite: King bed, private ensuite bathroom
    - Third Floor – Kids' Floor: Two colorful bedrooms — one with 3 twins + a king, one with 3 twins — plus a full hall bathroom. A landing lounge with bean bags makes this level a destination all its own
    - Carriage House: Private king bedroom, queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette, full bathroom, and garage parking for one vehicle — perfect for in-laws, an au pair, or a group that values its own entrance

    The Courtyard & Pool

The heart of the home is the private courtyard — lush, serene, and designed for lingering. The large heated pool is surrounded by generous lounging and alfresco dining space with a gas grill. You may genuinely forget the beach is just 100 steps away.

    The Extras That Matter

    - 6 complimentary adult beach cruiser bikes
    - Tesla charging station in the carriage house garage
    - High-speed WiFi throughout
    - 100 steps to Gulf access
    - Beach Towels included
    - Pool Heat available for an additional fee if scheduled in advance

    Getting Around

Rosemary Beach's charming village — with acclaimed restaurants, boutiques, and the town square — is easily explored on the cruiser bikes included with your stay. The Gulf of Mexico's warm, emerald water is a short stroll down the boardwalk.

Perfect fit

We enjoyed every moment of our trip! The house and pool were divine and there was plenty of space for everyone! The only negatives were some loose door knobs and cabinet hinges which I’m sure are easy to fix!

Serenity

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of 9 had a wonderful time at Serenity. The house was well appointed and in good condition. The kitchen is great-well equipped and up to date. The water pressure in bathrooms is great. The pool was cleaned twice a week. The location is right across from the park, and close to the beach. Our only complaint is that while the house had motorized shades for the windows facing the park, the owners do not allow renters to use them. For people desiring privacy at night, this may be an issue for some. I would recommend this house if people are aware of the shade issue...we have used 30A Luxury vacations several times and will use them again. They always does a great job of being very responsive and helpful. Anytime we had an issue, they responded promptly and had answers to our questions.

The location of the house itself was great- 2 min to downtown and across the street from beach access, the home was large and comfortable enough for 9 adults and 3 kids, and what small issues we encountered were quickly dealt with by 360. We will book again if we can!
