Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire property. There is reliable high-speed internet throughout the entire property. Streaming services are available on flat-screen TVs.

Parking spots (2) are available in front of the house.

A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you 24 hours before your arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

We provide a complimentary starter pack for guests with hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash can liners. We recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration.

The drive to the house is accessible with GPS.

To ensure your safety and property security, this home features three exterior cameras: a doorbell camera at the front entrance, a camera overlooking the front balcony, and a backyard camera. The backyard camera is positioned to provide a comprehensive wide-angle view of the entire outdoor space, including the lounge furniture, grill, fire pit, and hot tub area. This setup is strictly for general property oversight; all cameras are exterior-facing only and do not monitor the interior of the home or any private indoor spaces.

There is an indoor noise monitoring device inside every home.

This property is NOT CHILDPROOFED and may contain features that pose risks to infants, toddlers and young children. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising children at all times.

Cleanliness: We ask that guests treat the home with care and leave it in good condition. A cleaning fee helps us maintain high standards between each stay.

What’s Included: Towels, linens, and basic kitchenware are provided to make your stay more comfortable. We ask guests to bring their own toiletries, shampoo, bodywash, toothpaste, lotion. Kitchen dish detergent/ paper towels and bathroom soap and toilet paper are provided.

We love hosting pets (SORRY, NO CATS ALLOWED)! We happily welcome up to two dogs (up to 50 lbs) at our home with an added pet fee of $25 per pet per day. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message!

Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. We have a small dog bed at the house available for you but also ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that.

Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees.

☆ We have regularly scheduled hot tub tech service on select days each week. While we don’t have exact times in advance, we always send out a notification the night before to let guests know when to expect service. Thank you for your understanding as we work to keep the hot tub in top condition!
