This property is located adjacent to and directly on an active golf course. Golf is played daily, and there is an inherent risk that golf balls may leave the course and enter the property without warning.

By booking and occupying this property, all guests and visitors acknowledge that they understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the property’s location on an active golf course.

Guests are solely responsible for their own safety and for the safety of all members of their party, including children. Guests should exercise caution at all times when using the property's outdoor areas.

The property owner, property manager, and their agents shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, or destruction of personal property, vehicles, or any other belongings arising from or related to golf balls, golf play, golfers, golf carts, or any other golf-related activity occurring on or near the golf course.

By accepting these terms and occupying the property, guests agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the property owner, property manager, and their agents from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to the property’s location on an active golf course, except where prohibited by applicable law or caused by the owner’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
