Welcome to Sea Dreams.... this beautiful 2bdr 2bth Rosemary Beach Condo sits prominently on the Beachside of 30A with sweeping gulf views. Entering the top floor unit, you are greeted by a circular foyer which opens onto the spacious dining area and gourmet kitchen. The hardwood floors in the living areas are complemented by stone floors in baths. The relaxed style of the living room is enhanced with a balcony for taking in the expansive views of Rosemary Beach and the shimmering Gulf waters. The master bedroom ensuite has a king size bed and invites you to relax in elegance... The adjoining balcony offers a secluded area for two to enjoy a cup of coffee and the glorious sunrises over the Gulf and roof tops. The secondary bedroom is perfect for the kids with 2 twin beds and has an additional sleeping alcove with a twin sized custom cushion. Sea Dreams offers convenient parking under the building in your reserved, deeded parking space. Sea Dreams is an easy walk to the restaurants, shops & the beach on the south side of Rosemary Beach. We are above Paradis Restaurant; be sure to visit one of our favorite spots that has both a rooftop, and a courtyard for special occasions.

Directions: The Mercado building is located on the town square of Rosemary Beach at the corner of Main St. and Scenic Hwy 30A.

Rosemary Beach Stay

It was such a wonderful condo to stay in! 3 of my friends and I really enjoyed our weekend getaway here. Great location, walked to everything and included so many amenities. They let us check in early and provided such a wonderful stay! Would recommend and definitely will stay here again!!

Perfect Property and Beautiful Beaches

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo with gulf views. It was the perfect space for my husband, our toddler, and me. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk (one or two blocks) to the beach and right in the heart of downtown, close to fantastic restaurants, cafés, and shops. We truly enjoyed our time here.Check-in was a bit tricky at first, but the management company was incredibly responsive and kind, quickly answering all of our questions. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Hidden gem!

We loved our long weekend here! After a little hiccup with checkin which we found confusing, everything went smoothly. The location is unbeatable, and the layout of the condo is ideal. Spacious and clean. Easy to enjoy. We hope to be back!

Condo above Paradis

We were in rosemary for July 4th week and this was the perfect place to stay. Great location, (in the same building as Restaurant Paradis); beautiful space with two bedrooms, comfy living room and a pull-out couch. And communicating with the owner was super easy. Definitely highly recommend!

Perfect getaway

You couldn’t ask for a better place and location if you’re a fan of Rosemary Beach. Place is bigger than expected (would be great for family with a couple young kids), very clean, and the response from management was always immediate and so helpful. Diana was exceptional in her service and care for us during our stay. We hope to come back

Perfect Stay!

We loved this condo so much! It was the perfect location, close to everything in Rosemary. It was so clean, secure and had everything we needed for adults and kids in the condo. It was very spcious as well for our family of six. Can't say enough good things. We will be back! Thanks for a great stay!

Great Location

Overall, the condo was great especially the location! One major flaw is that the condo does NOT have smart TVs!! I had asked beforehand and was told the TVs were smart but was given misinformation. That happens and not really the PMs fault. It is the fault of the owners for not having TVs that families can easily stream on! Nobody watches regular cable TV anymore so cable is useless! We had to go buy a Roku stick for one of the TVs and the PM sent one over for the bedroom TV which was very helpful. The PM was terrific! So, my advice to the owner is to upgrade your TVs b/c the ones you currently have are useless.

Spring Break Family Trip
