Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very clean and spacious!

We visited the area for a few days to rent a boat and go to Shell Island. The location was super convenient- out of the chaos of the main drag, but still close to everything you need! It was super clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location

The location is great for easy access to a lot of fun experiences. 3.5 baths is also a plus. Wifi was strong as well. We did have an issue the first night with the hot water, but the next day, the maintenance man came by and discovered it was just a breaker. Beds were very comfortable to us. Large dining table and fabulous kitchen added to the charm of this place.
