All the comforts of home in a peaceful neighborhood with a large balcony porch with outdoor dining and couch. The ground floor laundry room, bbq grill, outdoor shower, beach amenities are shared with downstairs Studio rental. Laguna house occupies entire second floor.

Excellent property and property management

Our stay at Rose Lane was literally perfect. The property was clean and pristine upon arrival and served our needs quite well. Jeff was an amazing property manager; very communicative and responsive. I highly recommend the property — location and accommodations were top notch. We will be back!
