Set all thermostats to Cool at 76 Degrees (Mar-Oct) & Set to Heat at 65 Degrees (Nov-Feb). A/C fan should always remain on AUTO.
Replace all remotes to their correct room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
