This gorgeous townhouse was just redecorated with designer upgrades in a fabulous and calming coastal beach house style. This home with high ceilings throughout has two large bedrooms with king and queen beds, a large open concept living room with a sectional sofa with pullout bed, a full kitchen and dining area, two full baths and laundry room. This unit has over 30 feet of balcony accessed by a wall of French doors, with open views of the beautiful community of Prominence on 30A and backs up to the peaceful state park.
Prominence on 30A is a private homeowner community that offers a super-sized heated resort style pool, and easy access to the beaches and walking/biking paths on 30A including the stunning beauty of the nearby and just renovated Deer Lake State Park & Beach. The Prominence community shares a community hub known as The Big Chill which offers family options for outdoor and indoor entertainment with shops, bars and restaurants and a giant outdoor viewing screen for watching the biggest sports events and kids’ movies all within walking distance to Coastal Dune House.
Coastal Dune House includes: 3 Smart TV's (includes a 65" Smart TV in Living Area), High-Speed Wireless Internet, a one car garage, driveway parking, towels, linens, toiletries, a fully appointed stainless steel and quartz kitchen, and beach essentials to include chairs, umbrella, towels, and wagon. We do allow your fur babies and the pet fee is $250 per stay.
2 Beach Cruisers are included upon request through Salt Air 30A Bike Rentals. Golf Cart rental can be arranged with the community's preferred vendor, 30A GulfCarts. These vendors can deliver and will ensure your bikes and golf cart are fully maintained, safety checked and in working order for your stay.
The only thing you need to bring to enjoy the beaches of 30A is your flip flops and beach outfits. Your first smile will come knowing you picked a beautiful, clean and well-appointed place to enjoy your stay on 30A.

This house was perfect for my family. It’s so beautiful and feels like home. Loved sitting on the balcony for my morning coffee and the public access beach at Deer State Park is super quick! Perfect family vacation home!
This was a great place to stay. Although, there is no beach access from the property, we found that the public access was just a short bike ride or drive away. The condo is very clean, and the neighborhood is right across from the Big Chill. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the home we stayed in. Close to all the beautiful beaches (Inlet, Rosemary and Seaside). Loved the Big Chill area across which allowed us to rent bikes and enjoy food and entertainment. The townhouse was comfortable, very modern and very cozy. Already planning next years trip! 😄 Homeowners were very responsive and friendly to any/all questions we had. A must stay!
My wife and I took a vacation over Thanksgiving with our dog to the beach. This place was even better than the pictures showed. It was in a perfect location, extremely dog friendly, easy check in and out process, and couldn’t have asked for a better week with our little family. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in this area and will definitely be making the trip again!
Beautiful, clean, close proximity to restaurants and beach, quiet neighborhood, and owners were so friendly. They were so helpful making everything so easy when scheduling and learning how to navigate our first trip to 30A. From check in/out to booking golf carts and bikes to sending suggestions in advance for all things local, they made my job easy as Mom. The house itself was clean, which is my number one priority, but also gorgeous! Would absolutely stay here again!

Owners were very attentive, and property was all it was supposed to be. Took my daughter, dog and wave runner that fit in the garage, and all worked out well.

Loved this place, the pool area & the convenience of the big chill. Hostess was great. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were nice. Loved having a laundry room! Ice&water in fridge was so nice to have for days out in the sun. 4 of us stayed and we all had a great experience. Can’t wait to donut again. :)
We had a great time in 30A. Our stay was better than expected. Our lodging was exactly as pictures shown, clean and beautiful. Our hosts were responsive and there when needed. They provided us with the necessities to start vacay along with beach gear and 2 beach crusiers.The Prominence is located in a great spot between Seaside and Rosemary. Our closest beach access was Deer Lake which can be walked when the weather isnt 100 degrees, you can ride your bike or use a golf cart. Our getaway was effortless - we just enjoyed out time.
We had a wonderful stay! This was our second time in 30A - and our second time staying in the Prominence community - and we truly loved it! The house was super clean and it was more than enough space for my family of three. We loved the huge balcony and being able to walk to the pool. Also, The Big Chill was conveniently across the street so we spent a lot of time there! My kid loved it. Karen and Harry were fantastic hosts and incredibly responsive. Plus, they provided the most helpful 30A guide that we used religiously to find restaurants and the best beaches. We would’ve been lost without that guide! We’d love to visit again soon. :-)
Our family stayed one month and Karen and Harry were excellent hosts! All the way from a welcome basket (even goodies for our kitty) to responding to the smallest of issues or questions almost immediately. The condo was gorgeously decorated and immaculately clean. Our hosts went out of their way to give us so much great information on the area and even included rental bikes with our stay. The community pool was so nice and once we navigated how to get to the beaches, our time was even more amazing.
Town house was great and worked for us, with one six year old. Recommend getting the beach cruisers. Helpful just to go to the pool from location or across the street to Big Chill. Rented a burley for bike with our kiddo. We drove to the beaches, Deer Lake State Park was the closest and less crowded. Very pretty dunes. House had plenty of beach items and the wagon was incredibly helpful. Most things were short driving distance, and bike-able (although really hot in late June so we didn't bike as much to other locations, but did end up biking to Old Fish House/near Kahve & Cream). Spent time in Rosemary Beach area, dinners mainly. Can't get to the beach from this area or Alys or Seacrest with out staying there (wristbands), so these areas are for shopping and restaurants pretty much. Parking is rough there. Overall, enjoyed our trip.
The host responded quickly to every question. We were allowed an early check in and late check out, likely due to us being therein January. The property is exactly as listed and very very clean. The neighborhood was so quiet and everyone there was very kind. We brought our Boykin spaniel and the home and community were very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!
