ADDITIONAL RENTAL NOTES The Main renter must be at least 25 years of age, must provide the Owners with the names and ages of everyone in their party and must be staying at the home for the entire duration of the reservation. They must be willing to provide the Owners with a copy of their valid driver’s license, up-to-date full-coverage auto insurance card, and email address within 24 hours of booking acceptance. The primary renter will also be required to sign the Legal Rental Agreement and Liability Waivers.
Any additional guests who wish to drive the LSV (low-speed vehicle) must also be at least 25 years of age—no exceptions—and must provide a copy of their valid driver’s license, up-to-date full-coverage auto insurance card, and email address within 48 hours of booking acceptance and will be required to sign the Legal Liability Waivers.
No parties are permitted at Coastal Palms. This includes bachelorette, bachelor parties or gatherings. Coastal Palms is a family oriented property.

This is our second time staying in the prominence community, and this unit was exceptional. You can tell that Eric and Aleisia take the time to make sure that this rental is a step above the rest. Having access to a golf cart when staying here is always an added bonus, and this golf cart was in great condition. The beach chairs, wagon and cabana were also in great shape. In the past we’ve brought our own items, and it was nice to see that they provided all of these things, already secured to the golf cart, in clean and working condition. Additionally, communication with the owners was fantastic. It’s been a while since we’ve rented directly from owners and not through a management company, and it was a breath of fresh air. Any questions we had were answered promptly with a quick text message. Overall, we had a great stay at this property, and would definitely stay here again. Big thanks to Eric and Aleisia for opening their second home to us.
Cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Owners provide all the gear for the beach, including bikes and golf cart! The owners really go out of their way to accommodate their guests and stay in touch. Perfect beach vacay for the family!!
This is our third time staying within the Prominence community. This house was clean and a perfect fit for our family of 4. 2 adults and 2 children under 5. Beds were comfy and the house had plenty of towels. The amenities like the gulf cart, bikes, beach towels, etc were a wonderful plus! I would recommend anyone to stay there.
We loved this property, access to our own LSV, bikes and proximity to The Big Chill. Owners were easy to work with and communicated early and often. Great trip all the way around!
We had the BEST time in Prominence. The location was perfect for our family of 4. The pool was beautiful, it was directly across the street to the Big Chill, which we walked to multiple evenings, and the golf cart was loaded with everything we needed for a day at the beach. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We felt very safe and made friends with many of the neighbors. We will absolutely be back next year!
We really enjoyed our stay at Coastal Palms! It is beautiful, immaculate, cozy and perfect for a family of 4. They have everything you need/want for the beach - chairs, tent, wagon, cooler, towels, etc. I texted Aleisia for various things & restaurants recommendations throughout the week and she was always very quick to respond. She was always extremely helpful. I highly recommend Coastal Palms!
Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at the Coastal Palms unit, which is located in the Prominence Development/Neighborhood right on 30A. This is a fantastic unit that has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms along with a full kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry room, and large balcony, and garage (for the golf cart). The unit also features a pull-out bed for additional guests. Coastal Palms is extremely clean, has wonderful finishes, is well appointed, and has all the basics and then some. We really enjoyed using the six-person golf cart (which comes with the unit) to get around 30A and go to the beaches. The Prominence Development is fantastic and offers two resort-style pools, exercise room, and convenient access to The Hub/Big Chill just across 30A.
We absolutely loved staying at Coastal Palms!!! Daily our big decision was beach or pool and we usually did both! With the use of the golf cart we went to beach access points where we could drive that!! Property was clean and looked just like it is pictured online.
Hosts were communicative both pre vacation and during to make sure our stay was comfortable.
The only couple of things I would say are plan to buy toilet paper and paper towels. My family of four cooks daily in the kitchen and hangs out so we went through the supplied amount quickly. (2 rolls of toilet paper and two rolls of paper towels weren’t enough for us). The local Walmart
delivers so I had everything we needed sent over!!
Also Alessia let us know as we were signing the rental agreement but you only have one parking space so to get the golf cart out we had to move our rental car each time. Not a big deal just allow yourself a second when coming and going to reposition your vehicles.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Prominence. The condo has everything you need, and the owners have really gone out of their way to make sure they've provided their guests with everything imaginable (bikes, beach chairs, golf cart, etc.). The owners were also always available if we had any questions.
The only downside to this amazing condo is the amount of "rules" and the HOA potential "fees" that you are constantly bombarded with. I completely understand that there are HOA rules and fees due to previous bad guests. I also understand that the owners don't want their condo trashed, but everywhere you looked there were signs and rules telling what you can/can't do, or what you should be doing. It was hard for us to relax as we always felt like we were doing something wrong – even though we weren't.
For us, it was just a bit much when you're just trying to relax and get away from all of that at home/work. We've been coming to 30A for 17 years and have never come across the intensity and focus on rules from either the owner or an HOA. Again, I understand that bad apples spoil it for others, but we'll probably pass on staying at Prominence in the future.
Finally, again, beautiful place that has everything....including a lot of rules that, for us, didn't allow us to truly relax which was kind of a bummer. I wish the owners the best with their beautiful place.
We had the most wonderful stay here. The owners were wonderful communicators and were available if we needed anything. The condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need and more! It was beautifully maintained. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to visiting again!
Very clean property, and comes with plenty of extras- beach toys for the kids, bikes, golf cart, community pools, games. conveniently located on 30 A and lots of great restaurants around.
Our fun trip to the beach was made even better by having a very nice clean place to stay with plenty of extras! The hosts were great to communicate with, we'll definitely be back!!

Property was exactly what we hoped it would be. Beach was easy to access, plenty of places to visit/eat within golf cart range. We really enjoyed our stay here!!
