  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Where to start? My family and I loved this place. There was plenty of space for all of us—two adults and five kids. The arcade, putt-putt golf, and cornhole boards were nice touches, and the bathrooms had little toiletries, which was a thoughtful gesture. The digital ternary was cool and convenient as well. We ate on the back porch, and the porch lights came on at dusk, creating a very cool and peaceful atmosphere. The location was great—very close to the beach, Shipwreck Island, and the water park. The hosts were very efficient and quick with their communication. We went to the beach and came back to find that they had DoorDashed some cookies for us, which was a nice touch that won over my kids. My only regret is that we couldn't stay there our entire time in Florida, but I definitely know where we'll be staying next time.

The perfect family stay

My family fell in love with the beach shack! The games and comfort of everything was the perfect addition to our trip. The host and communication was perfect! We truly enjoyed this gem of a house!

Great Vacay

The home was very nice and in a great location. Close to beaches and plenty of restaurants. Home was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The owner was also very nice and helpful.

Great Stay

Nice home with great backyard and lots of games inside and out to keep the family busy having fun. House was upgraded compared to the other homes in the neighborhood. Backyard was nice and private.
