You get the sprawling space of a massive 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront retreat with a total combined area of nearly 2,000 sq. ft., allowing everyone to gather easily while maintaining their own private spaces when needed.

🏖️ Daily, seasonal beach service is included for our guests at no additional charge, which includes two beach chairs and an umbrella set up daily on the beach for you Mar-Oct. 🏖️

🛑 - We rent only to 25 years old or older, which means that the person renting the condo must be 25 years or older and STAYING at the condo the entire length of your stay. Reservations made under false pretense will result in your eviction and loss of all money associated with rental.

As you enter the main unit, you will find a spacious living area with floor to ceiling windows and patio doors leading to your balcony that spans the length of your condo. This room includes a queen sofa sleeper, flat-screen TV, ample seating, high-end furnishings, and ceramic tile floors. Dining table seating for six and breakfast bar seating for four allows everyone to dine together. The open kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinets, and all the tools and conveniences you'll need. This home also has a washer and dryer off the kitchen.

The Master Suite is Gulf front so waking up to an amazing sunrise is a given. It features a king bed, private balcony access, and an en suite master bath. Guest bedroom #2 is a children's paradise with 2 sets of custom bunk beds (4 twins total) and a flat-screen TV, located just off guest bath #2. The adjacent lockout suite (Breeze 1407A) provides your third private bedroom and third full bathroom configuration, bringing your total group capacity up to 10 guests comfortably.
