My daughter found this adorable carriage house. Place was perfect size and very clean. We rented a car, but really wasn’t needed. Everything was in close proximity… beaches, restaurants and neighboring towns. Would definitely rent again.

Relaxing and beautiful beach!

Property is just as described and as expected. Perfect for a couple and we had all the comforts of home! Enjoyed the bikes and enjoyed drinking our coffee each morning outside. Love walking around Rosemary and enjoy the shaded common areas to sit and relax.

Great Option for Couples

My husband and I spent our anniversary weekend here. We enjoyed our stay, and the amount of space this loft style home provided. It was very clean and had tons of windows for natural light. It’s only a five minute walk to the square and all the restaurants. And not much further to the beach.

Amazing location! Very clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. Walking distance to everything. The bikes were a great addition as we rode everywhere. We will DEFINITELY be back!

The property is nice and as described. The carriage house was clean and perfect space for two. Easy access and since it's located North of 30A the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet. Main complaint is it only comes with one access pass to all pool and beach access gates which can be inconvenient.

Lovely property. The coffee and soaps were a nice touch. Enjoyed biking around Rosemary Beach. Only complaints were uneven heating (upstairs was an oven while downstairs was chilly) and spotty internet. Thanks for a nice time!

Great place to stay

My wife and I booked this location for our annual Rosemary/Seacrest/Inlet Beach vacation and were very happy with the accommodations. The property had a separated living room/kitchen on the first floor and bedroom on second floor. There were two televisions which came in handy during a rainy day. The location is close to downtown Rosemary (10 minute walk to beach) and has very nice details and architecture. Renter was very helpful and receptive to any questions or requests we had. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this rental and will look to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommend for a couple looking to get away!

Happy Birthday to Me Stay!

Rosemary is a favorite getaway and this carriage house is my new home away from home! It was very clean, just as pictured, and had everything I needed. The bed is comfortable and I loved the upstairs setup. No issue with bathroom downstairs and the upstairs cools fine. The home is very quiet with a lovely porch overlooking courtyard of home. Great location close enough to walk everywhere but not in middle of everything! Loved my stay and will absolutely book this home again!

Cute carriage house in Rosemary

We enjoyed our stay. Rosemary is beautiful this time of year. The unit is perfect for a couple. WiFi was not working well while we were there. Bathroom floor and shower needs some work but overall, unit was fairy clean. Somewhat of a hassle to have bathroom on different floor as bedroom but we knew that going in.

Amazing Carriage House In Rosemary!

This stay was divine. Some of the great points… 1. Best bed and bedding ever! 2. Quiet location 3. Super close to everything via bike that’s included 4. Beautifully decorated 5. Cozy…perfect retreat to get away from it all A few things to consider (didn’t make any difference to me) 1. Almost no internet. The management company did have the internet company come out and it showed working and then would stop again. I no some other reviewers have mentioned this, and I honestly think it’s just part of stying here. I didn’t need internet, so no big deal, but would be if you had to have it. 2. Would have loved a bigger and more accessible trash can in the kitchen. A bathroom sized trash can is located inside the pantry. Again, who cares but just something to mention. Overall, amazing stay and I am already planning on coming again next year!!

Carriage house was great. Perfect for two people. Like other reviewers noted the bathroom on the first floor is less convenient but we knew that going in and it was not an issue. The town itself was not for us. Enough to do for a weekend but a whole week we got bored but mostly bc everything closed early and it was chilly in March. In the warmer months it would have been more enjoyable. Overall a clean place to stay. Walking distance to beach, pools and town.
