If you have ever visited Rosemary, then you know PARKING IS A HASSLE, here you can park directly in front of the CARRIAGE HOUSE.

PET FRIENDLY, KID FRIENDLY: Carriage House provides approximately 800 Sq ft of living space. The main floor is a large open area for relaxing, dining, watching TV and includes a queen sleeper sofa, bunk room (sleeps 2) a full bathroom, and a full kitchen with a bar.

The second floor has a queen size bed, a walk-in closet and a full bathroom.

Out side you will find a large enclosed yard with a gas grill, and a hot tub.

This Carriage House is equipped with a rinnai hot water heater, which means you will never run out of hot water, no matter how many people.

The Carriage house is located between the indoor pool and the Cabanna Pool. Down town Rosemary is approximately a two to three minute walk and the beach is about a five to six min. walk.

2 day trip to rosemary beach

My fiancé and I stayed here with our dog and it was a beautiful property with easy access to shops and restaurants. Very clean and such a cute relaxing beach house.

Perfect Spring Break

We absolutely loved our stay at Jerry’s carriage house. It was perfectly located to access the beach and shops. We walked and biked most of our stay. So much see see inside Rosemary Beach and surrounding areas. The sun porch and downstairs patio allowed us to spread out and enjoy Jerry’s peaceful retreat. The hot tub was a hit with the teens! Jerry was so accommodating and answered all our questions about the area. He was a pleasure to meet and get to know! We’ll be back for sure!

Jerry our host was amazing, easy going and available if needed. The carriage house was neat, comfy and at a great location, we could walk to the beach, to the restaurants and store. This was our first time in the area, would highly recommend it.

Our stay in Rosemary Beach was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, Jerry was the most incredible host I’ve ever had. He was so quick to respond, always friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right for us. His hospitality made all the difference and set the tone for such a special trip for my daughter’s birthday. The apartment itself was wonderful—having access to the washer and dryer was a huge convenience, especially after days at the beach and pool. We loved that restaurants and shops were just a short walk away, making everything so easy. Speaking of walking, the location couldn’t have been better. It’s only a short, peaceful walk to the beach, and the water was crystal clear and absolutely beautiful.We also had so much fun on the bikes Jerry provided. They were a surprise bonus and gave us a fun way to explore the area. The variety of pools was amazing too; having both indoor and outdoor options, as well as an onsite hot tub, gave us something new to enjoy every day.I truly can’t say enough about how great this experience was. Jerry is hands-down the best host I’ve ever had, and thanks to him, this trip was seamless and so memorable. I’ll definitely be back!

Great place for a small group!

We had a fantastic time. Jerry was so hospitable and the amenities were welcomed. Our group of six was the perfect fit. Our one qualm would be there is no filtered water or ice, so you will need to bring your own. It was great to be there and we would absolutely stay again.

Perfect week

This was our third stay at Jerry’s carriage house, and it was fantastic as always. The house is great and very comfortable for a family or small group. The backyard is lovely, and there’s a nice seating area for dining and lounging, and a hot tub just for the carriage house that our teenager daughter and her friend loved! It’s a short walk and an even shorter bike ride to the shops and restaurants in Rosemary, and the beach. Jerry is one the best hosts we’ve rented from, and he goes out of his way to make the stay enjoyable. It will continue to be our go-to when visiting Rosemary as a couple or with some combination of our kids and their friends!

Convenient to walk everywhere

Jerry was very accommodating and responsive, from check-in to answering any question or helping out. The house is very convenient to walk everywhere, the only concern to me was that the bedroom is close to the highway so it was loud at night. The adult triciclos where super helpful!
