PARKING: Max 2 vehicles (strict). Fee is $55 flat resort fee for guests when they register which will include the guest registration, a parking pass for one vehicle as applicable and wristbands for the guests. The parking pass for a second vehicle is $35. Motorcycle parking passes are $55.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Primary guest must be 21+ and present per HOA rules
PET FRIENDLY: 2 dogs up to 25lbs allowed (no bull/bull mixes – HOA enforced). PET FEE is $50 for a 1-7 night stay and $5 for each additional night, payable to the HOA .
