Welcome to the heart of the beach! This home is in walking distance to Shipwreck Island, restaurants such as Another Broken Egg and Firefly. Also you will find bowling, shopping and of course the beach among other fun! Short drive to Pier Park which is loaded with more shopping, theatre, tons of restaurants and entertainment. The home is in a quiet, safe gated neighborhood with two pools and a playground if you choose to just hang around and enjoy your stay there. Welcome to the "Sand Dune."
