    Please note that Tidewater Resort requires at least one guest on the reservation must be 25+ of age.

    A $300 refundable deposit will be requested to protect myself and my property. As long as you don't damage my condo, you should expect to get the $300 back once the condo is cleaned after you have checked out.

    I also require my guests to provide with a copy of their driver's license. This is for my records in case of any audit.
