Stunning home with beach and lake access! The Heart and Soul Home is a brand-new property located in a brand new neighborhood. The short walk to the Inlet Beach access is enjoyable and so easy! Enjoy this spacious, beautifully decorated vacation home, perfect for the whole family! The Heart and Soul Home features 4 Bedrooms (Master with king bed, Three rooms with queen beds, a queen and two twin air mattresses, and a large couch). The home offers access to a brand new, beautiful neighborhood pool. Book this property today and enjoy all Rosemary and Inlet Beaches have to offer!

Please note - there is a small curb leading into the driveway due to drainage regulations. There is a small ramp installed, however, so this should not create an accessibility issue.

THE SPACE:

This meticulously maintained emerald coast home with an open airy ambiance is the perfect place to enjoy spending time with family and friends. No detail was overlooked in the design of this space. Casual and quiet, yet full of character. The home is newly furnished, with open-concept living and dining areas, a beautiful kitchen, four large bedrooms, four beds, and fenced-in outdoor space for kids. Also, the home is located just a short walk from the beach and a short drive from the bay, where you can go kayaking, paddleboarding, or catch the sunset after a long day at the beach. We have everything you will need to relax while you are on vacation.

Inlet Beach welcomes those who want to relax without a worry. Lounge by a dune lake, bask by the beach or stroll to the shops - you don't need a set schedule. Enjoy gulf-to-table seafood restaurants, and hike/bike trails in Eden Gardens, Camp Helen State Park, Grayton Beach State Park, and Point Washington State Forest. **The booking guest MUST be at least 21 years of age and present throughout the entire stay!**
1. Please treat the property with care and respect.
2. Please note that we do not function as a "hotel". We provide basic “starter” supplies for your convenience. For example, we supply 2 kitchen trash-bags, 2 rolls of tissue paper, one roll of paper towels, and small detergents, soaps and shampoos. If you have a large party or feel that you may need more than the items mentioned above, please prepare adequately for your stay.
3. If any property damage or maintenance needs occur, please communicate with us immediately. For emergencies, please call 911; then notify your property managers.
4. No parties or events allowed.
5. Please observe Walton County quiet hours of 10:00pm - 6:00am.
6. No street or sidewalk parking is permitted.
7. Due to the fact that we are in a residential neighborhood surrounded by families and other guests, please honor our community as well our home. Please keep the noise down after 10:00 p.m.
8. Please ensure the grill is clean before leaving.
9. Please refrain from the following: using tape on the walls, jumping on beds, or otherwise damaging walls or furniture.
10. NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND UNDER ANY CONDITIONS.

Perfect girls getaway

This home far exceeded expectations and was even better in person! Inlet beach access was just a short 7 min walk and the home had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. When we were at the house everything was clean, big enough for our group to not feel on top of eachother, and we loved the outdoor patio space on the second floor. The community pool was also super clean and a great place to hangout nearby, We would absolutely stay here again!
