Oceanside 5 Star Condo - PCB West End! FREE BEACH SERVICE! 2 King Beds & XL Twin

ENJOY the coastal chic decor of this beach condo getaway with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. An upgraded kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped with lots of cooking utensils and serving ware. There is a Ninja Air Fryer, blender, Keurig, coffee pot, blender, toaster, and more! The Master suite offers a comfy king size bed and opens onto one of the LARGEST balconies on the beach. Awaken each morning to this amazing view. The guest bedroom has both a king size bed, a extra long twin bed and it's own large bathroom. The HUGE 286 square foot balcony has luxury patio seating and a separate bar high dining table. Assigned parking in the building avoids traffic and keeps from having to cross the street. A keyless entry allows fast and easy access. Beach chairs are included in your stay (during season)!!
The unit is located on the 11th floor (Heaven on Eleven!) of Tropic Winds Tower. Our condo is in the most sought after locale on Panama City Beach. The quiet and peaceful west side. Although we are only two miles from Pier Park we are miles away from the crowds and noise. Tropic Winds has a large indoor and outdoor pool, a hot tub, stream room, sauna, and exercise room with ocean view. Direct beach access with 330 feet of uncrowded white sandy beaches is steps away. Beach activity rental booth is available on-site.
Tropic Winds is located 2 miles west of Pier Park, the newest shopping, dining and entertainment center on the beach. Para-sailing, kayaking, snorkeling, banana boat rides and of course, fishing nearby. New attractions in the area include Ripley's Believe it or Not and Gulf World. Frank Brown Park offers 200 acres of recreational activities, including picnic areas, ball fields and playgrounds. The international airport is also just a short ride away.

Spring break get away

Location Location Location!

Ive stayed in alot of VRBO's, but by far this is my favorite. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and the view... is amazing from the large balcony. We will definitely stay again.

Spring Break!

Great location for PCB, away from the large crowds. The condo itself was perfect. It was well equiped, had comfortable bed and a spacious patio for coffee in the morning and beautiful sunsets!

The super large balcony was perfect with all the cozy furniture, the beds are so comfy, kitchen was well stocked with any dish you can think of, beach toys for the kids to take out & even had beach towels! Will definitely be back next year! It was perfect for our little family!

Fantastic home and location

We had a great stay. The home was beautiful and the location was great without a big crowd. Access to the beach was the best we’ve ever had and we visit PCB often. You won’t be sorry I f you’re thinking about booking. The patio alone is worth the rental. It was large enough for us to spend mist of our time there.

Perfect retreat

Back in the south visiting family, we were able to escape to the Gulf coast for 4 days & this place was absolutely perfect! Way bigger than we needed, but it was everything advertised & a super simple process. Rooms & bathrooms were large, and the kitchen stocked with essentials!!! Great communication by the host!!

Excellent property. I especially enjoyed the well furnished large balcony. This is the first condo I’ve stayed in with screens available on the patio doors which is a nice touch. Everything was as described.

Absolutely loved this unit!

The description was exactly as we found the unit! Time has been taken into decorating to make you feel as close to home as possible. Very clean and probably our favorite condo to date! And oh the balcony! It is HUGE and we loved the comfy furniture and decor! Scott was amazing and answered all of my questions promptly and professionally. We will absolutely be back!

Great condo, beautiful on the beach. Parking garage was so tight to get in and out of. Large vehicles would struggle. Hot tub was broken. Great location. Great communication with property manager. Plenty of towels even beach towels. Would stay again.

Definitely "Heaven on 11"

We have stayed at Tropic Winds in the past and love the location. This unit was EXCEPTIONAL. Very Clean, Comfortable, Extremely Well Stocked Kitchen. The owner was right on top of Communications. The master bed was very comfortable. Everyone in our party were very pleased with the unit.

Best Stay Yet

This was our 5th trip to PCB. We loved everything about our condo! Super clean & everything was thought of. The kitchen had everything we needed, it was so nice having a Keurig & air fryer. The balcony was large & we loved the patio furniture. This is the first condo that we stayed at, that had recliners! The room is so quick to get to the elevator & be down to the beach in no time. This place wasn’t crowded and we didn’t have to deal with a ton of people on the beach. The only problem we dealt with, is the parking garage. We have a crew cab truck and it was tight.

App says Check-out at 11, but Signage says 10 ?

This place was perfect for us—and clean and well-furnished. Our only complaint is that the listing states check out is 11 AM, but the poster on the fridge says 10 AM sharp—and sure enough the cleaners were there to get us out before 11. We made that work, but would have appreciated full disclosure and accuracy in the listing so that we could make a fully informed decision about our stay. Feels a little unethical to change the checkout time once your guest has arrived.

We absolutely loved our stay at Heaven on 11. The condo was perfect. The pictures are exactly on point. The kitchen was well equipped, the master bed was super comfy, and the living room was ideal for just kicking back. The bathrooms are spacious-- great for getting ready for an evening out. The view was amazing from the condo's living room and master bedroom-- it was even better from the balcony! So, we spent a lot of time on the balcony. The 11th floor is high enough to get a great view, but low enough to people watch, which we love to do. The beach in front of Tropic Wind was well kept and not crowded, which was our favorite part. The beach chairs, umbrella and little table were wonderful and exactly what you need for a relaxing beach day. The owners are also great to work with and responded quickly to all of our questions. Hope to rent from them again! We have been to PCB many times and this is probably our favorite condo ever!

Probably the best mini vacation ever! The owner, Scott was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and attentive! Very quick to respond to all communication! The condo was very clean! The cleaning lady does a very thorough job! The balcony was big and amazing! The access from the master en suite bedroom is very nice! I will definitely look to stay here again!
