Minimum Age: The Splash Resort requires the primary renter to be 25 years old. The renter must closely and personally supervise all occupants of a property under the age of 25 years.
Policies: In addition to minimum age, the unit has strict policies including "no pets" and "no smoking".
Occupancy: The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to 6 adults. Children under 3 years of age do not apply.
Check-in: Splash Resort requires a one-time $40 registration fee, payable directly to the resort upon arrival. This fee includes: One parking pass
