Condo unit was very clean and just as pictured. Very well decorated and has everything that is needed for a great beach vacation. We enjoyed our week at the beach!

Great Week

My family and I had a fantastic experience at this property. Communication prior to our trip with the host was great. Nicole was very helpful in adjusting our reservation. When we arrived the property was very clean and fresh smelling. The view was great, easy access to the beach and other activities. I would absolutely stay at this property again.

Great choice for our annual stay this year! Condo was spacious and multiple family members commented how clean it was and how comfortable the beds were. The pool front/oceanfront view was amazing and patio spacious and inviting. The large sectional couch was a hit for watching shows with my kids and grandson. Kitchen well appointed. My daughter enjoyed the fitness center and the pools (2) and Hot tub were an also a hit. Host was excellent…informative and easy to reach. Obvious that was wanted to ensure we had what we needed and that we enjoyed our stay. Suggestions from our family:- would be great to have a few more lamos, preferred over overhead lighting. - master spacious enough for a dresser, gives a chance to unpack for the week. Just ideas. All was good and our whole family really enjoyed our stay.

Incredible Beach Condo in PCB!

Our stay was beyond amazing! The condo is gorgeous, with high quality furnishings, a well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds! Complete with black out curtains in each room, plenty of towels, and a working washer & dryer. The owner was very accommodating to our group and very easy to communicate with. My kiddos enjoyed that the pool was heated along with the hot tub! We appreciated that the owners supplied beach towels for our use while we were there. We don't typically revisit rentals we've stayed in because we like variety, but we would 100% stay here again! Thanks for having our crew, hope to see you again! Lindsey

amazing month

Everything was as described. There were no surprises. The view from the balcony and the location on the beach are priceless. The sunsets are incredible. Access to parking was very easy. I was there during Spring break and it was still very enjoyable inspite of all of Panama Beach being more crowded. I loved every minute of being here. There is an enormous pool and hot tub. The Tiki Hut was really nice to enjoy while being at the pool. Their food and drinks were delicious. My one comment which is not the host's issue would be that there were too many kids allowed in the hot tub and I think that should be restricted to adults especially in the evening.The kitchen had what you needed to adequately cook. I brought most of what was important to me. They were very generous with garbage bags and coffee filters which was very much appreciated. Overall, I think everyone would be thrilled with this rental.

Beautiful condo. Loved that each room had black out curtains and fans. Beautiful views and a nice balcony. The property and pool were always clean and pretty. Fun music playing and the tiki bar was a nice bonus!

Overall we had a great stay. The owner Nicole was a pleasure to work with. Location and views were excellent. Condo was clean. We were even able to check in a little early. My only complaint with the condo is the patio furniture is worn and needs replacing. The resort is beautiful. But be aware, parking for a family of 8 for a 3br you are only allowed 2 parking spaces. I think that’s a bit unreasonable for a condo that can accommodate 3 families. There is parking off site. But the closest is a bit over a mile away. All this is no fault of the owner. But is resort policy. Overall a great vacation. I would stay again. But make sure to plan accordingly for parking.

Loved the view

We stay at Grand Panama every year and this was by far the nicest unit we have stayed in. The corner unit with the windows and balcony facing the sunset were amazing. Looking forward to renting this unit again. Nicole was a easy to communicate with and was an excellent host. 10/10

The AC was out a majority of the time, the owner of the unit knew it needed to be replaced the week before we stayed and still chose to rent out the unit without fixing. She refuses to give any money back for our stay and only says she is sorry for the inconvenience. I won’t be staying in any of her units or at grand Panama again.

This condo was beautiful. It was clean. It was in a good location at the resort (you can take the stairs one floor up or down from sky bridge). The beds were comfy. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room. We loved the pool and the music they played. The views were beautiful! The property hosts were wonderful. We would stay here again!
