Overall stay was great! The host was very responsive and the overall location was convenient. Condo was spacious and roomy enough for our large family but the cleanliness level wasn’t the best. I’m sure that’s more so on the cleaning crew, earrings from a previous guest were left behind on a nightstand along with empty drink bottles. Two of the beds weren’t made just had comforters on top and we had to dig the sheets out. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would book again!

2nd annual Family vacation

It was a great space and great area!!!!! Loved the condo so much !!!!! There was plenty of room for my big family ….It was me and 2 teenagers and 3 kids ranging from 20-23 and my 4 year niece and There was stuff for everyone !!! We will be back !!!

Nice place

ProsThe over stay was great. Most things within 30 minutes if you don't catch traffic. Good donut shop down the street. Walkable to the supermarket. The view was amazing and your right on the beach.ConsWent to extend my stay and was overcharged. I'm still trying to get the difference back. Beach chairs provided had a tear in them and didn't set up. The dryer has the wrong lint trap in it and wrecked several articles of our clothing.

However, the condo was not clean properly floor was dirty could not walk barefoot … smelly dirty water in the bottom of the wash machine I didn’t realize it till after I threw my clothes in… Otherwise it was a great vacation..

Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 day stay, however the only down fall with having 9 people in a room was that the dryer didn’t work so we all had to come home with dirty laundry! The balcony is huge and amazing! The view is perfect!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay! The beds are hard as brick and the dish washer didn’t latch so everything needed hand washed. Other than that, great! Would stay again if I brought a mattress topper. Bakery/cafe across the street, Walmart down the road. Beach toys provided we didn’t even have to bring anything with us. The pool has a shaded part perfect for kids. Parking is right outside the elevator for this condo and VERY convenient. We had four condos rented out including this one with family and we all enjoyed our stay!

Spring Break 2025

The elevators for being on 22nd floor worked fabulous. Elevators always clean smelling -mopped frequently. Pool was kept nice and clean, water was warm and enjoyable. Our 4 bedroom condo very spacious. Floors were a little gritty upon arrival -kind of expected with the sandy beach right out the door. Condo was well supplied -with pots, pans, and dishes but no organization to cupboards constantly searching to see what was available. Major appliances in need of repair -dishwasher racks Refrigerator drawers -dryer so full of lint and sand it wouldn’t dry ( my husband took vacuum and cleaned it out-found a hair clip and underwire for a bra after removing -dryer worked better) however lint trap kept tangling the clothes ruined my brand new Nike t shirt.We are not hard people to please so enjoyed staying so close to the beach.

I left my heart in the sand.

We had a blast staying at the Ocean Ritz. We had an amazing view being on the 22nd floor! The only complaints we have is honestly about parking! We found it really annoying to pay what we did for the rental and then only had one parking pass basically because even the overflow parking lot was always full. We had to spend an extra $100 just for parking for the week. Other than that we enjoyed the condo!

Great vacay! Great unit!

This was a beautiful unit. Loved that every bedroom had a bathroom. The room with bunk beds could use a ceiling fan (too hot in that room). We had no issues with the elevators! We were worried about that being on 22nd floor but was great. The parking garage was tight but doable. My only complaint was we had a non-working coffee pot and had to buy one because we requested a replacement that we never got. Our host was fast in responding to any questions I had though and had maintenance there quick to unclog sink! Overall, it was WONDERFUL! We would stay there again.

Spaciousness with a View

Very nice, Kitchen well equipped, cozy enough, but big enough for large family gathering (inside and balcony) clean with a few missed items (coffey pot culture project and mildewing towells in washer smelling up the laundry/bath). But hey, based on the scope of the whole package, easy fix on our side. Ŵe appreciate the amenities and the beautiful setup of the condo. Yes, per previous comments I can wholely confirm that the mattresses are needing replaced. They have a foam topper in the closet if you want to strip the bed and put it on. Over all, very satisfied. Thank you! nd mildewing towels

Perfect All Around

Stayed first week of November. Still had awesome weather and enjoyed the beach at this beautiful, well maintained condo on the 22nd floor, with amazing views. Rooms were clean and cozy with all having attached bathrooms. Beds were just ok! Kitchen had everything we needed. Pools were closed a few days for maintenance but that’s understood during the fall. Loved the location with a small dinner across the street with amazing breakfast and coffee. Walk down to pineapple willeys daily to replenish the cocktails to have on the beach. Really enjoyed coming in the fall never had to wait for dinner and any of the restaurants and nor waited for elevators which are really fast. We will definitely book this place again.

Great Place/

I have the check in a 3 due to parking. When we arrived, someone was in our spot, parking across the street with no cross walk was bad and hard to get across due to traffic. As the over flow was full, our son paid to park for the week. Not bad and located behind the over flow. The room was the best! CLEAN! We will use this place again! I loved that the kitchen was stocked with enough supplies to cook dinner and other treats. Having a bathroom in every room was perfect! The only down side was parking and the public beach access was beside the condo so lots of people set up in front of the chairs we had to purchase for the week. Over all, this was a great room!!! Thanks you Emerald Cost!!!

Beds are terrible

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was great. But we all had to go out and purchase foam mattress toppers. We even left the one on the queen bed. I would have given it a 4 except the beds are THAT bad. Everyone ended leaving Friday night, we saw reason to stay for a bad nights sleep and for a 9 AM checkout. Check in is 4 PM and check out is 9 AM, you loose alot of time with this property management company.

Loved it!!

This was a great unit for our family vacation! Loved the location and the beaches were beautiful! There were however a couple of issues with the unit. The kitchen is a very small galley kitchen and pretty tight for a family of thirteen! The refridgerator needed to be replaced! It was very noisy, the ice maker did not work, and it ran constantly! The washing machine was not very clean and had an odor - we cleaned it before using which definitely helped! The only other issue was there was actually sand in some of the beds which indicated to us that sheets had not been changed!!!!! We also found sand throughout the unit on floors and behind furniture. We loved the unit but the cleaning of it left a lot to be desired!!!

Location Great/Parking a nightmare

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The general building is great. The elevators have been updated and are superfast. The parking is a headache. We have stayed here 4 years and this will be our last. The condo itself was alright. The couch was the most comfortable. The outdoor furniture was very rusty and needed updated and spaced out. One set of table and chairs were stacked on top of each other just for extra use. The washer and dryer were the front loaders and were very mildewed, They have not been taken care of and stink. the mattresses were super Uncomfortable. Like I said we love the location, the view is great and not too close to the piers, but we are going to try somewhere else. Just not a lot to choose from when looking for a 4 bedroom.

Great location/great views - unit needs some updates/maintenance

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great, wonderful beach/pool/hot tub, etc. The unit was very spacious, the balcony was amazing, and the layout was great. however, the mattresses were in bad condition and not comfortable to sleep on, and the washer dryer machines were very very MOLDY, and made the unit smell awful!! This was raised to the staff but nothing was done about the mold. The shower curtains were moldy as well but new shower curtains were given the same day. The queen room with the bunk beds, the light bulb flickered most of the time or sometimes didn’t work , etc. and other items like this need to be updated. Overall, it was a good experience but the mattresses and the strong mold smell that wasn’t resolved was the worst part Also would be nice to have more than 1 parking spot for such a large family until, parking across the street was expensive

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I want to start by saying ECDI was super easy to deal with and the condo unit was exactly as pictured. ( BEAUTIFUL). The balcony on this unit is by far the largest we have ever had in a rental property. (Amazing). Now to the parts that were not pleasant. The washing machine was holding dirty water when we went to do laundry . I ran the washing machine clean cycle and it resolved the problem. We ate out most of our trip so I had no reason to look inside the dishwasher until the day of checkout when I was putting the coffee pot and utensils we had used. The dishwasher looked extremely dirty and moldy. And lastly let’s talk about the parking garage. Going in is fine and the designated spot for 2201 couldn’t have been more convenient to the elevator. Coming back out is where it gets tricky. The ramp you have to go down has concrete walls on both sides also you are turning into the ramp. If you drive a larger vehicle this is crazy hard. For reference we drive a F-150 short wheel base. It can be done but it is not an easy task and there are rub marks on the wall where other people didn’t do so well. So here is my summary. The condo is beautiful, balcony is amazing. I will probably never stay here again just because of the parking garage ( my husband agreed) and the major appliances need some love. If you have a small car and don’t need a dishwasher. Then it’s great.

Host communication was stellar. My family deemed it " Our BEST family vaycay" ( we've done several) our first Condo always leaned towards houses wasn't disappointed! This unit was well equipped with everything to make our stay memorable right on beautiful white sandy beach comparable to Siesta Keys will definitely book again!
