Take in magnificent ocean views of the endless horizon from the spacious covered balcony, appointed with alfresco dining. The views continue in the open-concept living space, which offers a sofabed, and TV. A sparkling kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and a four-person kitchen bar. Perfect place for family vacation

The condo was clean, well decorated, and in a great location. The balcony was very large and made for absolutely beautiful views. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a great place to stay.

This was the cleanest condo we have stayed in on the beach. The condo had a big balcony and plenty of room. The furniture is starting to get a little tired. We loved the size of the resort. We usually stay in larger resorts. We also like the security. Overall a great stay.

Nice clean, quiet unit with easy access to baseball fields and restaurants. The beach was very nice and not very busy. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view and great location

Loved the view from the huge balcony. The location is great, a lot of walkable stores and restaurants. The kitchen did not have a few things needed for cooking. We bought a skillet and some other utensils so we could actually cook meals. The floors looked clean to the eye, but when we walked barefoot or in stocking feet, the bottoms of our feet were black!! We bought a Swiffer mop to clean the floor and it took a couple of pads to get the floor clean. Overall, it was a great stay!!

Pros: Extremely clean, spacious, wonderful amenities, everything my family needed. Location was awesome you can walk to tons of entertainment. You have your personal parking spot. Hot tub was heavenly... Heated indoor pool and a out door pool!!!Cons: The electric stove front 2 burners did not work. Making it extremely difficult for my wife to feed 2 kids and a husband. I notified the building management and they told me they were going to swap out the stove. For me to "HOLD" 3 days later nothing was done.FYI: For a 5 day stay we only got 2 garbage bags and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Need to purchase extra bags and toilets paper. Also 2 rolls of paper towels.

Great view and location

Condo was not bad given the view of the gulf and the location. It is an older condominium building but not terrible. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars completely is due to the fact the company had someone call me while I was out with my family on vacation telling me there would be patio furniture delivered during our stay. The woman who called was very rude and acted as if my questioning this event while we are staying there was not a bother to her. Needless to say she acted as if my concerns was no issue to her and didn’t give me an option to refuse. After talking to my husband about the issue. I reached out to guest services and I’m thankful to them for listening and making sure the delivery didn’t happen. I was very upset on this matter. We have used many condos through this company and VRBO and never had this issue. The part that made it upsetting is that my family and I were only staying 3 nights and I thought to myself surly this can be done while customers are not in the condo and to add this was our first time visiting PCB. Honestly me and my husband are not going to let one rude person working for this company ruin us using them again. I just appreciate them making it right. But overall the stay was nice and excess to the condo was very easy and someone did call the next day making sure everything was going smoothly. We loved PCB and can’t wait to come back.

Dirty place, needs renovations.

I'm surprised this property had 5 stars when I rented. The building is tall and very nice looking from the outside. I like the fact that your parking space is marked so don't matter what time of the day you go out in your car your space is never taken. My room, in particular, was very dirty, ceilings, fans, curtain, the plates were all scratch and chipped even the texture on the ceiling is coming off. After you flush the toilets, you have to play with the handle a couple of times because the chain is too long and if is on the way, the tank will never filled up again and wil make a noise all day. The refrigerator works but not at its full potential. Freezer don't freeze and refrigerator don't refrigerate. I didn't contact Vacasa during my stay, because I didn't want to lose a day of my vacation nor have them clean the room with all my stuff in there and have all that dust go on my stuff. The room was supposed to be ready before my arrival anyway. Some of the furniture is broken or loose like the dinner table. Definitely they need to invest a little on this property. No point on having many properties and have them abandoned. Because at the end they don't rented for a dolar or two. I paid a lot of money for 5 days. The building have 3 elevators (no AC) and 1 was out my entire stay then a nightmare to go in any of the other 2. One day the elevators were completely out so you have to go down the stairs if you want to. I'm not blaming the company for the elevators.

It was pretty nice except for the elevator situation with only one out of 3 that worked and the master bedroom television had no remote or any kind of cable or satellite or anything to hook up to it to watch tv. Room was good. Clean. Washer stops after it fills, but just lift lid and drop it back down and it works. The dryer is terrible. Be ready to restart it alot to get clothes dry. Lint filter was clean.
