Beautiful One Bedroom Ocean Front Condo with a Free Beach Chair/Umbrella set up!

  • Relax in my beautiful 6th floor one bedroom/one bath ocean front condo. The beach and ocean front views are simply amazing, and the Sunbird has many amenities. The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen and a separate bedroom. Enjoy sunsets over the ocean right from the balcony. Walk next door to Pineapple Willy's. My unit has been totally renovated and is tastefully decorated.

    NOTE: This unit can legally sleep 5 but only 3 adults comfortably, as is. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a regular sofa (not a pull-out sleeper) in the living room. You are welcome to bring a blowup mattress.
    ** No pets, no smoking, 5 guests max and someone must be 25 or older.

    Two canvas beach chairs with umbrella are provided free and set up on the beach (March 1 - Nov 1).

    Fees you pay via the Park N Spot app:
    Parking Pass: $35
    Wrist bands: $6 required for everyone 10 and older

    The Sunbird is located in the middle of the beach and so, is convenient to everything. All linens are provided and the kitchen is fully equipped. Just bring a beach towel and your tooth brush!

    Onsite there are 3 pools (1 heated), a tennis/pickle ball court, shuffleboard and a fitness center.

    There is no washer/dryer in the unit. However, there is a coin/card/app operated laundromat on the first floor of each tower.
