  • Oceanfront, West Tower Condo overlooks the Emerald waters and white sandy Beach from your own private balcony. This freshly painted, air-conditioned home comes with 1 bedroom (queen bead), new sleeper sofa in the living room, a flat-screen TV, a kitchen with a dishwasher & microwave, and bath or shower in the private bathroom. WiFi and cable is included. There is a community washer and dryer on the first floor for Guests use.

Great anniversary trip

Property manger did great at responding quickly to any questions we may have had. Great location in town, loved the big balcony, room was very clean and as described in listing. Will be saving this listing for future trips.

Love the Beach

Loved the location that was right next to Pineapple Willy’s. Did not like the location of condo. The view was not what I expected. Will not return to this location due to the view.

EXCELLENT! WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!

We stayed for 5 days and it was so much fun! The condo itself was breathtaking! The view from the balcony was simply stunning! Sunbird has three pools all with direct access to the beach! Also your literally next door to Pineapple Willys! All the gift shops and entertainment are all within 5-10 minutes! The staff at Sunbird were wonderful! I highly recommend this unit! We most definitely will return!
