Experience the fun and beauty of Panama City Beach from the comfort of our 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse in Gulf Highlands Resort. Just a short 3 minute walk to the beach where you can enjoy the private beach for our guests and our beachside restaurant and Pool. The resort offers 11 pools (5 heated), 4 tennis courts, and mini golf for your enjoyment! We can accommodate 6 people in our two story townhome! Whether you want to shop, fish, dine out or relax at the beach we are close to it all! ⭐️Message me for monthly rates!

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Family getaway

Close proximity to the aquarium, small zoo, bowling, and escape room. Easy walk to the beach and thankful for heated pool since our spring break was very early this year.

It’s not easy finding a place that is dog friendly. The condo was absolutely perfect and convenient to all that I needed during the stay. Owner was very accommodating and welcoming.

Cute Beach Condo

This condo was just right for my family of four. It has a well equipped kitchen which we used everyday. It’s only a block from the beach and the condo association has 4 heated pools to choose between. It was clean and ready to enjoy. Thank you for your hospitality!

We recommend staying at this VRBO and enjoyed our stay. The amenities were nice. The only things we thought could be improved is the cleanliness. There was trash under the bunkbed and the paint/carpets could use touch-up/replacing.

Her property was wonderful. It was well stocked and clean. The property has many amenities which she provided equipment to use at these. Pools are clean and nice easy access to the beach. Parking right infront of the unit. A grill to use she even has beach chairs and wagon for you to use. Very friendly host, we love this place and will be returning for sure. 10 out of 10

If you are looking for a place to stay, this is it! Our check in was very easy, our unit was fresh and clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Gulf Highlands is a quiet community and close to anything you want to do in Panama City Beach. Whether you are looking for a getaway for two or a family vacation, this is the perfect place! Found it !

Look no further! This place was great. It checked all the boxes for us and the teenagers too! Gated community, very private and peaceful. You park right at the front door. EASY walk to the beach. We pulled a cart with 4 chairs, umbrella, beach stuff, cooler, body boards and food…no issues! No need for a golf cart…this place is way to close to the gate to need one. Alos, places to eat without having to drive! There’s a bar/beer store/liquor store right out side the gate going to the beach…that was awesome! O yeah…pools everywhere!
