Room was exactly as pictured. Triston was amazing to deal with. Very prompt with communication and accommodating. Location is nice and close to some good restaurants. I would recommend more cooking pots/pans and drinking cups. Would 100% stay here in this unit again.

Amazing Experience!

Condo was amazing, nicely furnished/decorated, and has a great view! It was stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. It was extremely clean! Property has wonderful amenities. The beach and weather was beautiful all week. We will definitely look to book this condo again in the future!

We love this condo

This is our second year staying in this condo and we love it. Great view, beautiful unit and Triston is great to deal with....cant wait till next year! The only thing that won't make it better would be a washer and dryer in it.

Great beach vacation

Very comfortable and well designed condo. Nicely decorated and the kitchen is very well equipped. However, one of the bathroom sinks was clogged upon arrival. I notified the owner and he was very quick to respond to our text and address other concerns as well, but I guess he was unable to come and fix it during our stay. All in all a great place to have a beach vacation!

Best Unit at Summit

This is the most updated and cleanest unit at the Summit! Perfect level third floor. You can still have ocean view without having to wait half an hour for an elevator each time you come and go! Rapid response from management when the door keypad had issues! :)

Great beach access

The property had easy beach access, 1 heated pool and 2 hot tubs. There was a security presence that was helpful and very friendly. There was an ironman marathon event happening at 4pm (our check in time) and we could not get into the property until after 630. It would be good in the future to inform guests of local events so they can plan accordingly. Thank you.

This condo was perfect. It was clean and a great view. Convienent with the far elevator also. Triston is a blessing. We needed a few basic kitchen items so I emailed him that evening and he was there first thing the next morning with what we needed and more. The only downfall is there is no washer and dryer. I would suggest removing the shelving in the half bath and put an economy size one there and hook to bathroom plumbing. Other than that, we will book again.

Dated property, elevators are down often, pools close early

The facility: We will start with the bad… the pools close way too early. Signs say 11pm, but they close at dusk… bummer for the kids. Bikini bobs is dirty, the elevators are down quite often. The laundry room in west end is closed. The laundry on east is like going to a dirty downtown bad neighborhood laundry mat where half the machines are down. The facility needs some updating. A ton of pot smoking and vaping really created a non family friendly atmosphere. Staff didn’t seem to care. The room: needs paint touch ups, loose electrical outlet in bathroom. Missing door handle in bedroom. Paint chips and dirt/ scratches all over walls, not very well maintained. Sofa sleeper is very uncomfortable, bottom bunk mattress feels like a rod is in the middle of it… throw pillows need washed. The lights in closet and under bunk bed are dead and need batteries. The sink in bathroom drains so slow that you can’t brush your teeth. Furniture looks nice. Patio only has two chairs but has a great view. Has a keurig which is great and the master bed is comfortable. Bedding looks nice. Overall, ok. But a fresh coat of paint, a plumber and some new outlets would do wonders.

This is quite possibly the most beautiful condos at The Summit, most definitely that I have stayed in! And the convenience of being on the 3rd floor , which was only 2 small flights of stairs was awesome!!

Our condo was absolutely stunning! Great view, so clean and very convenient on the 3rd floor! Triston was our property manager and was incredibly nice ! He was so professional we checked in to a clean and very nice smelling condo. He even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy. Such a great experience this trip, we have stayed at The Summit many times and this was by far our best experience!
