    Parking -
    Beginning June 1, 2026, parking at Twin Palms will be operated through the resort by Park N Spot.

    After booking your condo, your reservation information (including your email address, phone number, and dates of stay) will be registered with Park N Spot. You will then receive an email with instructions to register your vehicle and pay for parking.

    Once you arrive at the resort, a license plate reader will scan your vehicle tag and automatically open the gate for registered vehicles.
    Parking fee is $40.00 plus tax and convenience fee for processing payment.
    *This is a self catering property but we do provide starter items for our guest: 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, several garbage bags, travel size shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, 2 dish tabs and sponge, 2 Gain flings, 2 dryer sheets, Liquid dish soap and hands-soap. We also keep several spices and oils in the cabinet including salt and pepper for our guest to use.

    *Highchair, Pack-n-Play and booster seat available for use during stay. Let us know if you will be needing these items and we will ensure they are left at the unit before check in.

This condo was one of our favorites we’ve stayed in at any location! It was clean, well stocked, comfortable, and the storage closet with pool and beach toys was a huge perk. The host was excellent with communication and very helpful. The views of the ocean couldn’t be beat! 5/5 stars and highly recommend!

Excellent Condo

This place was as described and more. It was my favorite place we have rented so far. I would 100% stay here again without hesitation. Spacious, beach theme decor, smelled fresh, HUGE balcony, had everything you could need for a beach stay.

Panama City Beach

We enjoyed the condo. It was clean and well equipped. The view of the gulf was amazing. I sat on the balcony every morning to drink my coffee. It was so peaceful that one evening before bed I layer down on one of the lounge chairs and almost fell asleep. We would stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

Thank you Kristy for such a wonderful experience! Your condo is just beautiful, well maintained, super clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend Kristy's place if you're going to be in PCB area! I can't forget to mention the million dollar oceanfront view. My family had a wonderful, relaxing beach vacation.

Panama City Beach condo

Excellent! This condo was beautiful and the hosts were extremely helpful and communicated well. We highly recommend going to Pineapple Willy's restaurant and to Duplin winery for the wine tasting. The beach is beautiful and clear and shallow for quite a ways out. 😀💟

Great family condo on PCB

This condo was just as pictured. Nice updated decor and everything was very clean. It had a very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The available beach towels were such a plus! The beach supply closet was an added bonus as well since the beach chair/umbrella rentals get picked up at 5:00. The beach chair/umbrellas being included in the rental of this condo was so nice to have. There were ample parking spots in the secure garage and the three elevators available were quick.

Perfect beach condo stay!

This was the perfect beach vacation for our family of three! The owner, Kristy, was so wonderful to communicate with and had such helpful advice. Overall, the condo building is private, secure and not too busy. Elevators were fast, parking was easy. This 12th floor condo is spacious, nicely maintained, cleaned and beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a better view! Our early morning balcony coffees were so relaxing! We did venture out to the piers and Shell Island, plenty of marine life to see. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and so well stocked!

This property was very beautiful. The condo was exactly like the pictures. They do such a great job in cleaning and stocking the unit. We ordered groceries prior to arriving and didnt need many items we ordered. Dont hesitate on this one! My family had an amazing time! If I had to say a con, it would only be the parking situation on the weekend. It is very difficult to get a spot if you arrive home later in the evening. Until next time PCB! Only c But

Enjoyed our stay. Stayed in this condo for 9 nights. Everything was as expected based off reviews and photos. Very clean and well maintained condo. The gear locker for beach supplies is well stocked. We used the wagon, cooler, and umbrella…no issues. This is the best gear locker for beach supplies that we have seen at a rental…very helpful. Elevators were actually better than expected…3 elevators that always worked…which is rare at any condo tower. The building isn’t huge so that helps to not feel overly crowded. It’s in a quieter part of Front Beach Road with breakfast, coffee and ice cream options within walking distance. Not too far from anything, but not too close either which is good. I like that there are hoses instead of showers for getting the sand off after coming up from the beach…the hose pressure does a better job compared to most showers and is simply easier to use. I like that i didn’t have to use a code to get into the parking garage each time…would read your plate then open the gate. Enjoyed the beach service..chairs/umbrella. Check in was easy and all the codes worked. We were able to meet Kristy and her brother Ben…was our pleasure :-)…great folks, helpful, easy to work with, and they take pride in maintaining their rentals. We are a family that is always on the move, like to switch things up, and rarely stay at the same rental twice. This condo will certainly be on our short list of rentals we would rent again.

This place was awesome! Very clean. Accommodated 2 adults and 3 kids but room for more. The balcony was huge, and it wraps around the side of the building so you can see the city and the ocean! We weren't even aware of the closet full of beach chairs/wagon/shovels/floats so that was a wonderful surprise and saved us from having to purchase those things. There were plenty of towels and beach towels. Also very easy to communicate with owners. We will be back.

Probably the best condo we've ever stayed in! Very clean, updated, roomy, comfy beds, great view right on the beach and close to restaurants, etc. Bonus getting to use the lounge chairs/umbrella during our stay as well as the wagon with beach toys/floaties. We had the best time and would absolutely book here again!
