Great location and nice house

The house is in a beautiful community which is across the street from the beach. The home is updated, nicely furnished and large enough to accommodate a family or group. It was only me and my wife, so we had plenty of room for the week. Overall a great home to stay in at Seacrest/Rosemary Beach. Walkable to everything and a short drive to the other beach towns like Seaside which Inhoghly recommend checking out.

Lovely beach cottage!

The home was exactly what we expected and needed for two adults and three teens. It was the perfect place for our beach trip. Clean, spacious, included bikes and the community pool was very large and clean. The management company was friendly and very responsive to any questions/texts messages I had. I am very happy with our vrbo! I do think it is important to share our beach access experience since that was the purpose of the trip! The beach area was unpleasant because of the rental chair companies that dominate the landscape with empty chairs right on the waterline and three rows deep. You cannot get a good view of the ocean from a beach chair. Please read up on the laws regarding public beach access being up to the hide tide line. We brought chairs that were provided by the vrbo and sat at the edge of the dry sand directly adjacent to the last of the rental company chairs. To our surprise, staff on the beach approached us and threatened to have the sheriff arrest us if we did not move! I was shocked to say the least since the law is the mean high tide line and what about just being friendly and appreciating your tourism dollars? The public beach access is ridiculously small. It's so unfortunate the rental chair companies and the security working the beach were so rude considering that we paid a premium for a beach trip. Also add in that there are sharks in shallow water! The vrbo really was wonderful but it did not match the beach experience.
