This property is 15 out of 10! Beautiful condo with beautiful views. Quiet beach with free beach set up. Exceptionally Clean! Owners are amazing with all contact information. Condo as beautiful as pictures. You can even open glass doors in bedrooms to hear waves in bedrooms! Amazing!

Lovely Condo

The condo was absolutely lovely! It looks exactly like the pictures. It was beautifully decorated and there were so many details that made it comfortable for the guests. Everything was so clean and uncluttered. The view was outstanding from every room. You don't have to cross the street to walk your dog or to park. I look forward to another visit.

This is my 3rd time staying in this beautiful condo and all I can say is .... I am already booking my 4th!Absolutely incredible! The new sliding doors are amazing and the condo remains in incredibly clean acid it was brand new!And the location could not be better. Very private but close enough to get to EVERYTHING with minutes. Perfect Spot!

We stayed for a week and had a fantastic experience. The unit was spotless upon arrival—clean and clearly well cared for. The decor was beautiful and tastefully done, making it feel clean and welcoming right from the start.One of the highlights was how quiet and uncrowded the property felt. Even though the pool is on the smaller side, we often had it completely to ourselves, which made it feel like our own private oasis.Communication was also top-notch. The host responded quickly to any questions we had, making everything easy and stress-free. And the location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we wanted to do, from restaurants to shopping to local attractions.Would absolutely recommend this condo for a relaxing, convenient, and comfortable stay. Fabulous Place to Stay

What a great week it was! beautiful condo with exceptional views from the massive span of windows that overlook the beach. Make sure to notice the sunsets every afternoon. Plenty of room, great location and very friendly atmosphere. You will not be disappointed with this rental, as we have already decided to rebook this unit for next year. Have rented from these people before, best host in Panama City!

Paradise vacation

This was the most beautiful and well maintained property we’ve stayed in over the years. First time bringing a fur baby and she absolutely loved the balcony as much we did. Everything and more that you could ask for. Biggest bonus for us was how comfortable the bed was. Beautiful views and a great nights sleep. Perfect. 😎

We had my wife myself and our son and his girlfriend. Plenty of room. Well located very clean and had a great location. Definitely would stay there again. Outstanding and Beautiful

The location was perfect. It's 1 mile to Pier Park and the Ferris wheel, Dave and Buster's, tons of shops and restaurants and even a movie theater. There is also shopping directly across the street from the condo with a great Sunsations beach store, Pizza hut, and a huge candy shop. The reserved beach chairs that were included were absolutely wonderful and we felt spoiled with plenty of beach space and Jacob the chair attendant was very helpful. The parking was excellent and extremely convenient and there was never a wait for the elevators. Cleanliness is always a top priority for me, and I must say, this condo exceeded my expectations!

AMAZING CONDO!!!

This condo was the best place that I have ever stayed in! Not just me but my kids absolutely loved it as well. It had everything there that you would ever need. It was also absolutely beautiful and amazing! When we were inside, it felt as though we were away on a Caribbean Island somewhere. The view was spectacular! The only negative thing about it all was not having more vacation time to use to stay longer!! There is absolutely nothing negative that I can say about the condo. Jeff was really great to work with too. We will definitely stay here again...without a doubt. Thank you, Jeff, for sharing your condo with us!

Terrific condo

This is the second year staying with this host (different condo on same property). He is great to book with. He is quick to respond to any questions you may have. The property and condo themselves are the overall best we have stayed at in PCB. We have previously stayed at Aqua, Calypso, and Ocean Reef to name a few. This property is much easier to access in regards to traffic and elevator usage. You don’t have to wait! Also, the beaches are so much less crowded than other areas. The condo itself was perfect for us. The bunk beds were what we needed for the two boys. The decor in the room was beautiful with the new sectional. Overall, we would highly recommend this place.

BEST CONDO IN PANAMA CITY BEACH!

A truly exceptional experience! This newly totally renovated condo in Panama City exceeded all expectations. Immaculately clean and breathtaking views from the 8th floor that truly made us feel like we were floating on water. The proximity to restaurants and shopping was incredibly convenient and we even walked to Pier Park. The private beach was a rare find especially here in PCB and even during August we had plenty of space to ourselves on the beach. My kids absolutely adored the bunk room and the set up was perfect for us. Every aspect of our stay was nothing short of amazing. The hosts were beyond excellent and truly delivered a 5-Star experience. I would give 10 stars if I could! I am already planning my next stay and I can't wait to return to this Beautiful slice of paradise!

Perfect PCB Condo!

This unit is beautiful and complete with everything you would need and more! The decor was very nice and all of the beds were very comfortable. Our family of 5 slept with plenty of room and the bunk room is way more spacious than you would think. The kitchen is stocked with all necessities and the appliances are top notch. The Wi-Fi worked great, even for my teens gaming and the 3 large tv’s are all smart tv’s making operating them so easy. Every detail was thought of by the owners and they were a pleasure to book with making it a seamless process. It was so pretty to wake up to floor to ceiling windows throughout the condo looking out directly at the Gulf. The shopping center across the street is very convenient and it’s very close to a grocery store and Pier Park. Although this condo is close to everything, the beach itself is peaceful and not overcrowded. The beach service with chairs and umbrella made staying at the beach all day a breeze and the pool was always cool and clean! We have stayed at many other places here and this was by far the nicest! I can’t say enough about this condo!! It truly was an amazing stay and we can’t wait to be back next year!!

Very nice stay

My wife and I have traveled many times to the gulf. We have stayed in okay places and in very good places. I would put this on the high end of very good. There were a couple of issues as there is no perfect stay if it were staffed with a butler and maids. This has been the best of our trips. Jeff is a good man to deal with. The parking area was easier than any place so far to access and drive in. Most balconies have minimal seating, but this one had adequate chairs and a lounger. We did not use the pool, but the beach chairs were very good and no obstructed view as has been the case with the larger complexes. Chair people were friendly and helpful. A real plus was the elevator. Fast, available and efficient. We stayed in the penthouse but to and from the beach was quick and convenient. We were there during Bike Week and it was crowded on Front Beach Road. But, we were out far enough that we did not experience the heavy traffic. I liked the convenience of a grocery store just a short stroll from our property. And a drug store next to it. And a good breakfast/lunch eating place also just a short stroll. Remember that this is a beach food area. Fine dining is several miles away. In particular is the area around Thomas Drive where we have eaten a few times. Overall, it is well worth the money. Highly recommended.

Lovely Condo and Beach

The condo is exactly as pictured. When you walk in and see the beautiful sweeping views of the gulf it really takes your breath away. We’ve stayed a lot of places and this is pretty close to perfection. The Good: Great view and high floor: One whole side of the condo is glass floor to ceiling. Amazing views in any room. Luxury: This condo is completely remodeled with tasteful and modern decor. Nice new furniture and no musty smell that you can get in some oceanfront rooms. Parking: There were always spots and getting in and out was easy. Beach: Clean, white sand and the gulf here is so clear and that beautiful green blue you don’t get on the east coast. Chair Service: Who wants to haul chairs and umbrellas every single day. Plus they were so kind and accommodating. No Street: I don’t want to have to cross a busy highway or any road really to get to the beach. The condo is on the beach and only a few steps away. Great hosts: Angela and Jeff are the best and truly care about their guests. Dogs allowed: This is really special. My husband and I travel a lot for work and for pleasure and we didn’t want to leave our little pups at home this time. You don’t usually find a nice place like this that is dog friendly. Bonus points: My son is a pilot and my husband is a veteran and we enjoyed seeing the occasional fighter jets and C130s. The Bad: You can’t choose who your neighbors will be and we were not lucky this time.
