Great week

Our large group enjoyed the spacious home and the great location! The small fridge on the first floor and the keurig on the first floor were unexpected but such nice amenities for the early riser sleeping downstairs. Thanks for everything:)

Amazing Beach House!!

This house is amazing!! It fit 11 of us really well, the bunk room is huge and could easily fit 6+ people. The balcony on the top floor = WOW! It was the perfect hangout spot with great breeze and sea views!! Every room was gorgeous, great beds, big kitchen, and the elevator was great for suitcases and groceries. Cannot recommend more!! Such an easy walk to the beach, short drive to Seaside and Destin!! We look forward to coming back next year.

Inlet Beach Father's Day Weekend 2023

This property was awesome for our family to gather and spend time together. The home is located so close to the beach with easy access points. The view from the third floor is incredible as you spend time together. The elevator was wonderful as we had individuals in our party who needed an option besides the stairs. The house manager was extremely responsive and always available to answer questions.

Great fall vacation

Great property accurately represented by pictures. 3 levels with roomie bedrooms and spaces. The bunk room sleeps 8 and is super cute. Great for a large group as a pet-friendly space. Easy walk to the beach and exceptional sushi restaurant across the highway. Beautiful view from the top floor living area. You can hear and see the ocean.

Beachside Bliss

This house was perfect for what we needed. The common area on the third floor entertained all of us, and when we needed our own space, we could go downstairs to our own rooms. The kids loved all the gaming amenities. The adults loved the elevator, the roomy kitchen, and the beautiful home. Everyone was comfortable in their beds and enjoyed short walks to the beach as well. We found shopping in Rosemary Beach, less than 2 miles away as well as plenty of dining out in Panama City. This is an excellent place to stay.

wonderful inlet beach home

This house was wonderful. It was an easy and quick walk to the water. A few minutes drive to Rosemary. The house has a lot of stairs but grandma & grandpa used the elevator effortlessly. It was nice for our extended family to have our separate spaces & privacy . Our kids loves the bunk room! The house is equipped with everything you need including stuff for the beach. The house management were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We hope to be back!

Great house!

This house was awesome in every way. It far surpassed our expectations! It truly is just a couple of minutes to a beautiful beach. The views from the 3rd floor were so nice that we didn't mind being a few hundred yards away from the beach. The elevator was also very handy since my mother-in-law is partially disabled and doesn't walk well. The beds were also excellent. The owner has also thought of nearly everything for visitors. There are paddle boards, boogie boards, a skim board, beach chairs, an ice chest and even a wagon that can be used to transport things to the beach. There were also some bikes. We have rented many beach properties over the years but this one was the best by far!

Wonderful home & location but not clean

The home is a short walk from the beach and is beautifully outfitted and appointed. The views of the ocean and the sunset from the third story balcony are lovely. Plenty of space for multiple families though we traveled with only 4 people. We selected this property due to its proximity to the beach and the purported extra Covid-related cleaning procedures the listing highlighted at the time of booking. Upon checking in on the first night, we unfortunately found hair in nearly all the bathrooms (sink/toilets) and an unexpected amount of sand on the hardwood floors & rugs. We immediately notified the property contact (owner-investor?) by phone/ text/VRBO app and complied with all her requests so that we could get the house properly cleaned the next day. We felt that she could have been more accommodating given the degree of home’s uncleanliness and the amount of inconvenience we experienced to ensure the home was cleaned per the VRBO listing. We were disappointed in her responsiveness but perhaps others will have a different experience. The brooms are in the laundry closet and are easy to use.

Super Stay

Very nice house at inlet beach. Convenient to everything. Nice ocean views from the 3rd floor. Well appointed kitchen. Great communication with local manager MJ who fixed all the minor issues promptly. Will stay here again!

Favorite place for our group vacay

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at this home! I say home because it truly feels like a home and not just a house- it has everything you could imagine needing and feels so cozy with every detail thought of. The property manager, Allison, was extremely kind and helpful and very communicative through anything that came up or that we needed. The house is a short, easy walk to the beach and right by anything in town you would need to run to. We had THE best time and can’t wait to rebook! Thanks again for everything! ♥️

It was a great house and location

Overall it was a great house for our family. A few things need attention: the black mildew/ mold on ceiling heat vents especially in living and kitchen was concerning. The room on first floor where our handicapped child slept has a bamboo shade but the one window on the porch side has no liner and the porch light was so bright in the room. Would help to replace that liner. The handle on freezer was broken first time we used it and there were stains on the white couches. We just don’t want to be blamed for those two things. We had a wonderful stay in your lovely home .

My biggest problem was we left the property cleaner than when we went into it. We found other women’s panties under 2 different beds! I should have my deposit back!

Beautiful house

This house was beautiful not to far from the beach,nice balconies and a small elevator that helped to take luggage and groceries up and down.Has alot of beach chairs and sand toys and beach umbrellas and a few boogie boards.We did not use the paddle boards but they are nice ones.

Exceeded Expectations!!

Allison was an excellent host and communicates quickly and effectively. The home is close to the perfect beach - Inlet Beach! We used some of the many beach chairs and boogie boards. The check in is so easy - just arrive and enter with your own personal code! The set up worked perfectly for our extended family of 7 adults, 2 children, and 2 dogs. Having an elevator was a lifesaver for getting groceries, etc to the fabulous 3rd floor living area and kitchen. This was truly a magical experience for our family!!! Thank you, Allison!! Area highlights we enjoyed- Dinner at Shades Pizza from Pizza by the Sea in Rosemary Dinner at Bayou Bills Lunch at Bud & Alleys in seaside Golf at Kelly Plantation Sunset sail on privateer catamaran Dog beach in Panama City Lots of beach time and playing in the ocean at inlet!

Family beach trip!

Perfect home for family and friends. Check in was simple and we were able to arrange early check in with small fee. Had 12 adults and 4 children 5 and under. And there was plenty of room for everyone. Stairs were a challenge at first ( there is an elevator thank heavens), but with all the eating we were doing we needed the stairs to work it off! Beach was only a few minute walk away. Views of the beach from top floor were beautiful. Kitchen was well equipped which made it easy to cook for our group. Publix and Winn Dixie were 5 minutes away. Beach never really crowded. Perfect trip!

Perfect place for a large family!

Three families comfortably packed into this house for our first trip to Nationals! We were 13 miles from the fields and the location was perfect. We stayed out of the PCB area traffic for the most part. The house had everything we needed! Close to the beach for days off… close to 30A for dinner and shopping! Beds were comfy and property owner was so accessible for any issues! Would highly recommend!

Disappointing Vacation

I rented this house last year after our 2020 summer vacation because it advertised “pet friendly “. At the time I booked I wasn’t 100% sure we would take our 2 dogs but I wanted to have the option in case we decided to. As the trip approached I looked all over the booking & VRBO ad for a place to alert someone we were bringing our pets. I found nothing so I assumed taking our 2 well trained dogs who do not get on furniture was no big deal since it did advertise as pet friendly. Fast forward, second day we are there I get a text from the manager saying she knows we have dogs there (as if we were trying to hide it) and we have to immediately pay an outrageous fee. I didn’t mind paying a fee but this amount was extreme! I was shocked and insulted! But I didn’t want to ruin the vacation for our family of 8 so I obediently paid it. This put a damper on my whole vacation! Fortunately we had the money to pay it. I hate to think what would have happened if we did not! More cons to this house: 1) They have a creepy camera recording you in the foyer of the house. Is this legal? I guess that’s how she saw our dogs. We wondered the whole trip were there other cameras in the house recording us. 2) The sliding door to the master bathroom will not stay open and the handle was missing. It closes every time you open it and it’s heavy. So annoying. Fix the door! 3) There was a giant full cardboard box that took most of the floor of the master walk-in closet which made it hard to get to the hanging clothes. The shelves were full too with storage stuff. Pros to this house: 1) The elevator was very helpful. 2) The view from the top patio was pretty good. The beach was a short walk and not very crowded. 3) The decor is pretty (though it is old) and kitchen was well stocked. 4) proximity to Rosemary is good for bike riding (we took our own bikes) and there is a park nearby. I would not rent this house again!
