The Marisol Complex is a low density complex. ****THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT 20 RENTAL UNITS IN THE ENTIRE COMPLEX*****. Therefore this is one of the least crowded pool areas on the beach. You almost never have to wait on an elevator your entire stay. During the summer at some complexes you will spend 30 minutes waiting on an elevator every time you try to go to your condo.

Includes 2 FREE sets of seasonal beach service 4 padded lounge chairs (4 chairs total) and 2 large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, up to a $80/day $480/week value for no extra charge. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

MariSol 705 is a roomy 4 bedroom beachfront condo that provides a great backdrop for a family fun vacation. There are no other 4 bedroom condos in Panama City Beach with the size and layout like this one.

But let’s start with what makes this the perfect spot. Step out on the balcony and the first thing you’ll notice is the breathtaking views of the Gulf. MariSol is built close to the beach so you get stunning views of the beach and water. You'll want to spend all your time here because you have wonderful views of the beach and gulf. You’ll really enjoy the spectacular sunsets to the west. A great spot at the end of a great day.


Every room in MariSol 705 is special. The living room well appointed. It features a comfortable sofa that opens into a queen sleeper. The photos show how roomy and comfortable the living area is. Plenty of room for the whole family. It has a large flat screen 55" HDTV.

The open gourmet KITCHEN area is well equipped and gives you great views. Plus, it features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and stainless steel appliances. It’s fully stocked so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing mac and cheese for the kids you’ve got everything you need to please the family.


The DINING AREA comfortably seats 8 plus 3 at the breakfast bar and offers beach views so the family can share meals and trade their favorite part of their days at the beach while enjoying all the beauty of the gulf.


The MASTER SUITE features luxurious KING bed and private bath. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious closets. You’ll notice the large 40” flat screen TV that makes for great viewing when you’re relaxing after an activity filled day in Panama City Beach. You can step out onto the balcony from the MASTER SUITE which is really nice.


The SECOND MASTER is equally well appointed with a KING as well. And plenty of space for everything you’ve brought to the beach. This large bedroom is a great hideaway with lots and lots of room. There’s also a large 40” flat screen TV in this large SUITE.


The THIRD BEDROOM is equipped with a full size bed with a twin size bunk over top of it. PLUS an additional QUEEN SIZE BED. This bedroom can sleep a couple in the queen size bed plus 3 kids in the full/twin bunk bed. It has a 40" large flat screen tv.


The 4TH BEDROOM or very large efficiency suite has a KING SIZE bed. It has an en Suite large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. It has a 49" large flat screen tv.


The Washer/Dryer is conveniently located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.


These bedrooms along with a pull out sleeper sofas allow the unit to easily sleep 13 comfortably including 3 complete baths.

The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

This is our 3rd time renting from the unit specifically. We loved it so much, our family rented other condos in the Marisol to be with us. The small unit, not busy, private parking, location, cleanliness, overall family atmosphere is perfect. About to book out 4th time now!!

Great Family Getaway

Thia place had everything we needed to spend a week at the beach. The bedrooms were spacious and the common areas were big enough to accommodate a family of 13 people. All of the adults had their own private rooms and we were able to concentrate on just spending time with our family on the beach. We will definately look for this property next year for our annual family vacations.

The condo was awesome! Exactly as listed, location is perfect and when they say it is quiet and private and not a million people running up and down the elevator, they mean it! We saw one other group at the condos while we were there. The beach chairs were also incredibly thoughtful and really made the beach time more fun. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the space was awesome! We never felt crowded in our group of 9!

Good location

Everything was great. Very clean. The only thing negative would have to be the beds. The bed were definitely not sturdy. Just sitting on the bed, you had to be careful. The one bed near the balcony, had a unstable bed frame. The bunk beds were definitely wobbly. Probably upgrade to better beds and over all would be a 5 star.

Great experience in PCB!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condominium. The location was excellent, very close to everywhere we wanted to go. Excellent views! The property was very clean and met our expectations. The extra large sectional sofa was a plus for our family. Beds were comfortable. The sliding doors from the bedrooms to outside were a little difficult to get open. Appliances were nice and new. The gym was a nice amenity, but the code only worked when it wanted to. The pool is mostly in the shade and not heated, so we didn’t get to get in. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Marisol condo

In a good location, right on the beach, which suited all of our needs. The condo needs some maintenance work and there were some cleanliness issues (bedspreads, box spring cover, stained furniture, kitchen equipment). We were missing bedspreads in 1 room, but management saw that we got them to us quickly. TVs did not work in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, or maybe we just could not figure them out. If you stay here be sure to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels if you are staying for any length of time. We had only 1 roll for each bathroom and 1 paper towel roll. The kitchen needs a few more supplies like pot holders and small spoons.

Very Nice Condo

We enjoyed our stay at Marisol! The condo was extremely spacious, and all four bedrooms had plenty of room. Having two sets of chairs and umbrellas on the beach was exceptional. The pool is very small and cold. However, since it's a small property, we only had one day that was overcrowded. The floors in the condo were not very clean, although I'm sure it's hard to keep clean floors at the beach. I wore socks to keep the bottom of my feet clean. There were 8 of us, and we had no problem with running out of hot water. The code pad on the door is very temperamental, and whatever you do, do NOT lock the deadbolt! You will be locked in! All vacations rentals have issues, so overall, a nice unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is absolutely gorgeous, and that's ultimately why you're renting this property. The property is spacious - we had six adults and two little ones under age 4 - and had plenty of room. There were a few issues with the property when we stayed. The bed in the master bedroom actually collapsed when I sat on it. The repair crew came quickly to fix it, but this bed has been cobbled together before. While the mattress was comfortable, the bed itself was rickety. Also, the dryer didn't completely dry clothes, so we wound up with clothes that smelled mildewed. The WIFI was almost non-existent, so we used a hot spot to access anything web-based. That's rather minor, though, as we really didn't stay on our tech much throughout the week. Again, the property itself is beautiful, with easy access to the beach just steps away. We'd stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tons of space for 8 adults. The view was awesome. However there was some deceiving aspects. I was excited about having a table and chairs on balcony (as pictured), but disappointed when it was those high type chairs. Only 4 could enjoy balcony comfortably. The living room furniture was not the same as pictured. Why so many remotes and gadgets for tvs. Couldn’t watch bedroom tvs without it constantly freezing or going black. No pot holders and one hand dish towel. I bought a couple and left them for the next guests. The dryer vent needs cleaned all the way to the outside. Takes like 5 hrs to get stuff dry, small loads. That was rather annoying.Does anyone ever go through the shells in basket in entrance? A few were found saying bed bugs, which caused chaos for my son in law. After being reassured that we checked no rechecked all was good.Don’t think the dishwasher was cleaned as it still had gross food in it. And it would of been nice to have a working ice maker.
