This 4th floor Majestic end unit in Tower 1 (The more desirable tower) large condo comfortably sleeps 12 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.

*****Never take an elevator your entire stay at the Majestic. There is a stairwell directly in front of the condo and you can take 2 flights down the the pool and beach level. The elevator lines at the Majestic can get pretty long in the peak season****

TOWER 1 AT THE MAJESTIC

* 2 Master suites – Each with a king size bed and on-suite bathroom. (New king bed in the main master bedroom For 2023 season)

The oceanfront master has a king size bed a large flat screen tv and access to the oceanfront balcony. The connected private bathroom has a walk in shower as well as a jacuzzi tub.

The 2nd master bedroom has a king size bed, large flat screen tv, and its own private balcony overlooking the pool.

The 3rd bedroom has 2 QUEEN sized beds, a large flat screen tv and a private bathroom

The 4th bedroom is a newly remodeled bunk room with a brand new bunk bed set.

The living room has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico, access to the private wrap around balcony and a new 70 inch flat screen TV and new couches!

All bedrooms have large flat screen televisions and there are plenty of closets and dressers to unpack all of your needs, for any length of stay.

This Unit is an end unit on the 4th floor, it offers amazing wrap around views of PCB! The condo is an end unit and from the wrap around balcony you can see perfectly the pool and hot tubs. It is a perfect location to watch your children swim at the pool from the balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and all of your cooking needs should you choose to stay in and cook.

The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

This place was amazing! Beautiful location. Lovely decor. Comfortable beds. Easy access to beach. Right next to stairs - so easy to get to beach/pools/hot tubs. Well equipped kitchen. Great communication with management. We would definitely book this exact unit again!!

Great Spot!

We stayed at the Majestic for the second time! This condo was perfect with it's end unit location and being able to see the beach and the pool. Unit was clean and spacious. The property management was great at replying to texts.

The condo is exactly like the picture and Emerald Coast was super easy to book with! We loved being so close to the beach and all of the best restaurants! All 11 of us stayed comfortably!

Beautiful views

Had a great time at the place. Beds were comfy and kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. Need to check out the bar and grill by the pool. We mostly ate downstairs at H2O since the food and drinks were amazing. Only thing was, it’s a long walk to the vehicle, so we didn’t leave very often.

4th Floor Paradise!!

It was a great place. The kitchen was nicely equipped, which is great because we cook a lot of meals!! Beautiful views of course. Our trip unfortunately got cut short due to hurricane Helene🙁. Plenty of space for our group of 8!!

Perfect family getaway

This condo was absolutely perfect for our group of 7. The use of space was ideal and the view couldn’t be beat! We had everything we needed and we can’t wait to come back next year. Plenty of activities within a 10 minute drive in every direction. We especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen as we like to cook while on vacation and had no problem doing so.

Absolutely a winner

Everything worked, no clogged drains, super comfy beds, comforters were so soft, super clean, short elevator ride which means EVERYTHING when you have dripping wet kids from the pool. Security onsite who were very knowledgeable, specialty coffees right downstairs...this place was lovely! We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Book it!

Our family enjoyed our stay. lots of room, The location over the pool was nice and we didn't have to wait long for the elevators. Lots of security Which was helpful in making sure unruly teenagers stayed calm. Parking cost 40.00 per vehicle which was confusing at first as the description says parking passes are in the room. The security was very helpful in directing us. Overall very good experience. Thank you.

Relaxing Week

The property was very clean, easy to get around, and the location was perfect! The views from the unit were amazing. We love going to the beach in November as it’s cooler and it’s not overcrowded. The outside pool was a bit chilly due to recent weather and night-time temps but the indoor pool was a great alternative when we tired of the beach for the day. The condo was clean and we love having access to doing laundry right in the unit. As a working mom, being able to go home with clean laundry is a win-win! We will definitely keep this unit in mind for our next PCB visit.

Gorgeous Condo on the Beach!

This condo certainly did not disappoint! It had plenty of room for our group which consisted of teenagers and adults. All of the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows if needed. The dryer did take 3-4 times to dry; however, we contacted property management and they responded right away. It didn’t necessarily affect our stay so they said they would look into it after we left. The security onsite were all extremely friendly along with the staff. This is our second time staying at Majestic but first at this condo and we would definitely book here again! Just NOT during bike week. Too hectic and loud.

The master bed on the ocean side was so comfortable. My only complaint is the refrigerator. It did not get my items cold until close to 48 hours after being there. I did have to throw away a pack of hamburger meat that was ruined from not being kept at temperature. However, I did not tell the owner about this only because I’ve experienced this in a different condo and had hopes it would get cold eventually, and it did. I recommend this property.

Condo has some wear but overall in good condition. I do agree the walk from the car is a bit much, and would be a reason we wouldn’t stay here if there was another option. The use of the stairs was great and only used elevators when we arrived and when we left. Overall we were happy with our condo and vacation! Can’t be sad when your in PCB:)

Beautiful convenient condo resort

My family and I arrived on a Saturday and the check-in process and unloading garage process was easy peezy. There is an unloading and loading zone where you can get carts yet there is a long walk from the garage to the condo. But once inside the condo, it was beautiful. Right over the pool as described which was very convenient in keeping tabs on my family. We were there during bike week, which made for some rowdy evenings due to being directly across from the bar the Liq. But we knew what we were getting into when we booked. As for the condo, the bathroom and kitchen cabinets need some repair. We were afraid if you open them too forcefully, they might come off the hinges. The refrigerator did take 24 hours to cool our drinks and refrigerated items. We put several in the freezer and they called off quick. I just had to keep everyone out of the fridge so it could recuperate from our grocery haul. There were adequate cooking utensils and pans/skillets for light cooking. We all found the furniture and beds quite comfortable. Outdoor seating could be updated as the cushions were a bit worn but I see why when that’s where we spent a lot of our time outdoors. I wish the market and grill had longer hours, but we enjoyed a lot of their goodies, very convenient for breakfast and lunch. We were walking distance to several stores. We definitely would return.

The condo was very clean and decorated very well. All the beds and linens were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is a little tight. But the living and dining areas were nice. The balconies? .....yes, plural...balconies were absolutely amazing! This is a corner unit. So the main balcony is huge and wraps around the corner. The master suite shares this balcony. The second master has its own private balcony! Both having absolutely fantastic views. To top it off, this unit is situated right by the pool and the beach access. Very convenient. My only complaint would be the walk from the parking garage. (But I’m lazy LoL!) Fantastic property! Fantastic condo! Fantastic management!

Great patio, but buyers beware

Ok, so first I will start with the positives. The balcony really is fantastic and the property is located in a good spot. The beds were comfy, there is a good amount of seating. It has the potential to be a really nice unit instead of just an OK one. Decor was on point, and kitchen well stocked. Now for the downside. When we got there, the place was infested with ants. We are not talking a few, we are talking hundreds. With that being said, they came within a couple hours of us calling to take care of it and we didn't see another ant. The toilets all wobble, there is mold is the hallway bathroom, and no hot water in the bathroom with the two queens. Cabinets in the kitchen peeling, and overall it just needs some TLC to fix some of the issues. As far as the property, the amenities are nice, but we won't be staying here again. It's quite the hall every time you need your vehicle, but that's not the worst part. The pool police are the worst. You can't throw a football in the pool, or enjoy a drink at the edge. All the pools (including indoor) close if there is lightning detected within 15 miles. Next door they swim away, while people are the Majestic wait.

We are very happy with the complex. Our condo was very clean and welcoming. It had MUCH better furniture than the condo we had rented last year.We did have drunks knocking on our door one night at 1 a.m. guessing they were from the noisy bar across the street. Also, motorcycles roaring in the middle of the night! I hope maintenance cleans out the venting for the clothes dryer. Dryer works but takes a long time to dry. I sure it is just from vent pipe having lint build up. The bed in the second master didn't have a top sheet. Not a big deal, we just used a extra sheet that was there to use on the pull out couch. Also, we switched a chair from living room area with one in master bedroom. The chair back looked like it had not been put together correctly, and we did not want to damage it more. Also hope complex clears up parking rules for visitors. Staff needs to all be on same pages with how and where visitors park. Was confusing when we were getting different answers from staff. But overall we are very happy with our stay and we are planning for next years stay.
